Nice & clean property on the wharf. Some very pleasant and hard-working staff (breakfast staff especially). Assistance for room needs (missing towels, sheets, TV remote and extra toilet paper/kleenex) was always available and responsive in a timely manner. Lobby area was always kept clean.

Mainly our room had a couple issues that could’ve made our stay a little easier. When we first arrived, there were some strands of hair in the sink area and shower. Also, our door lock would get stuck and our closet was hard to slide all the way open. We did not mention to front desk as we just

Good location, close to the city center and main attractions. This was our second time at the hotel, and both experiences were excellent. The hotel doesn't look luxurious, but it is well-maintained and kept very clean, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help—providing extra towels, snacks, dishwasher detergent, a tray to take food to the room, etc. Our kids enjoyed the pool; the water temperature was comfortable for swimming, around 24-25°C. It’s not hot, but it’s certainly not freezing like it was in May. We also enjoyed the beautiful bay view from our room on the 8th floor.

Breakfast is pretty basic with limited variety. I would definitely prefer a kettle instead of a toaster in the room.

A wonderful location! Right next to the water, so close to the city and basically on the Freedom Trail walk. Very convenient for everything. The dishwasher was beeping all night the first night which was annoying but they addressed it quickly in the morning. Great buffet breakfasts. Not really enough tables for the number of people needing to use it. Valet parking is a bit pricey but handy to have the car in the garage of the hotel. Staff were helpful and were working hard.

I felt like the staff were really under pressure at times. Not really a negative but an electric kettle in the room would have been great! I'm not sure why they don't have one as a standard. And having at least 4 towels in the room as a standard when there are 2 queen beds + a sofa bed.

I enjoyed the location and how spacious the hotel room was for our fanily of 4. They even offered an extra rollaway bed that my teen appreciated. The front staff employee Dottie was kind and great to talk with. She gave us ideas on where to go and how to watch the fireworks.

I didn't like that coffee and water were only available until 10am. I think they should have a station that offered coffee and water to refill bottles available to guests. It would have cut down on the mini bottles they handed out at check in.

Great location for exploring some of Boston’s waterfront and particularly for attending an event at TD Garden. Room was bigger than I’d expected and was comfortable with the exception of the single bed which was not ideal for an adult.

The single bed was not suitable for an adult and not much additional bedding had been provided. The breakfast was relatively good but a stay longer than 2 days would have highlighted the lack of variety. More fresh fruit would have been welcome.

The room was very clean and big. It was in a good location.

We paid extra for the breakfast only to discover that breakfast is always included so I think we overpaid on Booking for something that was already free. We paid extra for a room with a view and were disappointed; the other side of the hotel had a better view. The “heated pool wasn’t heated…it was very cold. The pool was dirty with lots of hair and sand/dirt in the pool bottom. We had to call for pool towels. We chose this hotel in pet for its valet parking but when we arrived (early) it was full. I think we totally overpaid for what we actually got from Booking.

The location was superb. We faced the wharf and could see the bridge beautifully lit up at night. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an extremely friendly and helpful staff member who directed us to the wine and charcuterie they laid out for all guests. A nice, surprise bonus was the cute gift bag with holiday sweets for us. The suite was extremely comfortable, quiet, and nice to relax in. The location is ideal with the units perfectly situation on the wharf on Thames. You can't ask for anything better.

The room was spacious and well maintained! Bed was comfy and the room was well supplied with linens includinf extra pillows and blankets. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were top notch! The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent. Staff did a great job keeping plenty of food available at all times. If in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great!

We were able to sleep in till 10 am, it was that quiet! The room is spacious, has a kitchenette/frig, free breakfast (although we went to Tate, which is a short walk and so good) the location is great for events at TD garden, a short walk across bridge, it is on a lovely harbor and right near downtown, but less congested. The lobby had a fire place and very nice to meet up with friends. Parking right on site is a huge plus for a city

We loved this hotel. We had a beautiful view of the marina from our room on the 6th floor. The suite was great too. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and the air conditioning actually worked, which is often not the case in hotel rooms. The breakfast had a good variety of options and we loved being able to sit outside to eat our breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!
