The breakfast was excellent and I like how it was different each day. The common areas were interesting and unique and quite comfy as well. The amenities were spot on and I like how the check-in and check out process went smoothly. The courtesy baggage hold after check out was the cherry on top.

This is our second stay at this location. This time, all the fixtures in the room we stayed in were loose and nearly coming off the wall. That was concerning. (Toilet paper holder, towel hooks, even the spigot on the sink was loose!) It was not like that last time, in a different room. We were in room 803.

The breakfast was good, all the usual stuff on offer. Enjoyed the huge bagels. Bed was so big I needed a map to find my way across. Super modern room; everything controlled with an iPad. Really nice view over the city. Super close to the North station subway and train stations so easy to get around. A supermarket very close by the station and a Seven Eleven across the street. Very happy with my choice

The staff greets you every time you leave and come back to the hotel, check in and check out takes 2 minutes and is so easy, every night around 10PM they lock the doors so you cannot enter the building unless you are a guest (have to show doorman your room key) so it’s very secure. The rooms may appear small but myself and my boyfriend found it to be no different than any other hotel room, large king size bed, large shower, lots of fridge space and the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from almost everything downtown and a 10 minute walk to the train station, plus it’s attached to the Hub Hall which is full of food and drinks. We have nothing but good things to say about this place and we would definitely considering staying here again on our next trip to Boston.

location is always clean , rooms are always amazing.

we checked in after 3pm , even though check in is at 2pm & our room was still not ready, i also paid for a premium room but due to it not being ready & being on a time crunch as we had a concert to attend we had to stick with a regular room.

The location was amazing, right next to the station. We caught the train to Salem. Very straight forward. Lots of great eateries around. A very 'walkable' city. We loved the modern fixtures and fittings, throughout the hotel. Self check in/out was a different concept to us, but we got the hang of it! The room was light and airy with an amazing city view. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Liked the option to skip housekeeping! Loved the square bed - moving the pillows under the window (tip I picked up on the room iPad) meant there was no need for one of us to climb over the other to get out of bed!

Initially, walking in and thinking that one of us would have to climb over to get out of bed - not the case as I've already mentioned. Not a lot of storage but not an issue for our 4 night stay. Room rate is high for what you get, but pretty standard for the city/location

Check in was a new experience for us - loved how simple it was. The lounge area is exceptional. I couldn’t stop looking at the art, decor, functionality of the spaces (well done interior designers). Breakfast was very tasty, but the coffee oh my goodness! We’re from Melbourne and it’s the BEST coffee we’ve had in the states. The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. Loved the iPad control. Every staff member we engaged with was warm, genuine and very helpful. They seem very happy with their jobs which indicates that they are appreciated by their employer.

A sign in the entry to direct guests to the 4th floor reception/check in would be helpful

Huge & comfy bed with great views of Boston. Easy to get to/from the airport and to the main sights of the city. Right next to TD Garden, it’s great if you are attending an event there. Food court close by, shops and public transport too. (Basically next door!) Nice communal area, terrace. Room controls - you can control everything in the room, from lighting to heating/aircon, blinds from an iPad. Nice style - bit quirky, so if you haven’t stayed at a CitizenM before make sure to check the pictures so it’s not a surprise. Toiletries (lotion, soap, 2 kinds of body wash/hair was, conditioner), hair dryer and a really super mini fridge in the room. Super helpful & nice staff.

You have to take 2 different elevators to get to the rooms, sometimes can be a bit of a wait. It’s not a didn’t like factor but to avoid someone else not liking it - just check pictures about how rooms look as it’s a bit different to the avarage room set up.

The location is just perfect, near lots of restaurants and a metro station. Otherwise it was extremely modern, everything worked very well, very clean and incredibly beautiful. Good breakfast also, with a real expresso machine, but no gluten free options and limited fruit (bananas tended to disapear early in the morning).

At the time I stayed there it was extremely expensive and the staff recommended me a room that supposedly had a better view but I ended up having no view at all at the 9th floor, bad recommendation (although, aparently the room is selected by the computer!) Also, as the bed occupies the whole room width it was very difficult for the second person to get out.

Very convenient location next to Boston North Station. An unusual, modern and quirky (Dutch owned) hotel. A small compact bedroom in which they had every convenience. Excellent lighting. Big windows . Great city view. Extremely comfortable bed. A sense of humor permeated everything. Fascinating decor.

The double bed was very high (tricky for an elderly person - I am 86) and the far side was tight against the window and was the width of the room (narrrow) and would be difficult to get in and out of, in the night, if you were the person sleeping on the window side. Everything else was delightful. Extremely cleverly designed bedroom.

Fantastic location, loved the view and quietness of the hotel. Super comfortable bed. I liked the safe and fridge. Shower felt a bit capsule like. Loved the iPad control easy to use. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Liked the eco friendly approach.

The floor was dirty, glad I had my slippers. I was disappointed with the breakfast, it was cold except the hot toast. I prefer a hot cooked breakfast. Muffins were excellent & tasty. Good choice but needs a bit more healthy options, granola, museli, porridge, more yoghurt.
