This hotel boasts a fantastic location! It's within walking distance of the training center, making commuting a breeze. The surrounding area is brimming with diverse dining options, from cozy cafes to lively restaurants. For added convenience, the hotel offers both same-day laundry service and a self-service laundry room on the second floor. While a bit further afield, downtown Boston is also walkable in approximately 41 minutes, offering easy access to the city's vibrant cultural scene.

Good breakfast the first day with range free eggs, afterwards not so good, it showed they used this milk like cartons instead, other than that good quality.

There is nothing particularly that I did not like, except for the destination fee that they apply no matter what, I think that is an anticompetitive abuse because they do not allow for the customer to waive that fee unless you stay longer than 5 days I believe.

Breakfast was good, with waffles, scrambled eggs and some fresh fruit (but nothing fancy). The location is convenient to both Cambridge (MIT, Harvard square) and Boston. A few blue bikes stations nearby and plenty of cafes around. The room was clean and everything seems to be new/refreshed. Garage is very conveniently located real close (but not in the same building).

The reception personnel was a bit grumpy (for two days :)) but still courteous. I found a few (I guess) maids' hairs here and there in the room, which is okay but would be nice if they wear some hats. Parking garage costed 48$ a night instead of 40$ which is mentioned here in the description.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Front desk assisted me with charging my EV and directions to rental car company and was very nice to me. I recommend this hotel. I'll be back. A+

Location, comfortable bed. Free breakfast with great selection. Spacious room with full kitchen. The view from my room was also very nice.

location is not great. it is near a few restaurants, but not really a good place to walk around. maid service only every other day. shower curtain was worn and should be replaced.

Beautiful and clean facility, nice big suite with good furnishings. Great location - especially loved the nearby rooftop park. Breakfast has something for everyone and was managed well.

Pull-out bed in sofa was not really comfortable. Had to call desk twice for sheets for it, but this was not a big inconvenience for us. The door to our room stuck, and there was a motion sensing light in the entry area that wasn't ideal. We couldn't figure out how to disable the sensor.

We enjoyed staying in our room, a bedroom suite with a full sized-refrigerator in kitchen. Had good spaces to spread out to do our work & schoolwork for our daughter. This Residence Inn is quiet and my husband, a light sleeper, had good nights of sleep during our 5 nights of stay. Great breakfast food selection for our family of 3 ...hot & cold selections and healthy choices, too. I prefer my oatmeal with nuts/dried cranberries, while husband & 16 y/o likes their eggs, sausage, waffles or pancakes & fruit. Something for everyone. Hot coffee was always available. There were plenty of fruit juices but no water to be found. Plenty of clean space for eating or sitting to enjoy 2nd cup of coffee especially if you come earlier than most. Kudos to the busy breakfast staff who were always refilling the food, cleaning up serving area & putting away the dirty dishes. The floors were clean and most of the dining tables were frequently wiped down.

Small point, but wish there was water pitcher at the breakfast bar...couldn't find the water fountain anywhere closeby.

The breakfast choices were good. Staff were excellent with cleaning up the tables as people left them. Dining area was very comfortable area.

The eggs were watery. Flavored yogurt would be nice not just plain. The lounge should stay open at least to 11.30 not 10.30.We came back expecting to be able to relaxed & have nite cap to find it being closed up.

The location, the hotel, and the staff are exceptional. The staff was always ready to help genuinely. The location was perfect. Great restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. It is very close to the subway station and only 2 or 3 stops away from downtown Boston.

I can't find anything. Maybe breakfast could have a little bit more fruit choices.

Good breakfast for a 3star hotel. Very good location - at heart of MIT if this is what one is looking for. Parking very convenient - just behind the hotel with in/out privileges for not cheap but also not a huge amount. Good size room. Starbucks in the same building as the hotel with hotel access door.

Would be good to have a bell boy service. Making/preparing Sofa Bed would also be good.
