We loved our stay. The hotel has an interesting check in with someone just sitting in the bar area to hand you your key. The room was excellent although quite snug with nowhere to easily hang towels to dry. The location is brilliant- right by the common - and the decor beautiful. A limited European breakfast was included. We felt the room was expensive for what it was - we had a superior king. The bar area was really buzzy and all the staff were amazing - very very friendly. We didn’t get a bill - the final cost we automatically taken from the card we booked with. We would have preferred a printed version.

It is small and cozy. There is a small bar and a restaurant. The location on Charles St in Beacon Hill was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. It is practically across the street from the Public Gardens. The building looks historical but the bathroom was modern and a nice size.

We knew the room was going to be very small so we were fine with it because we were looking for an historic Boston vibe.

The location was fabulous. We loved being on such a lovely street and so close to the parks. The hotel was recently renovated and has a lot of charm. There is a very good bar and restaurant in the hotel as well. The rooms are a bit small and. It would be nice to have a mini fridge for water .. but the smaller room size would be expected in a renovated older building within a city. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was light, but fresh, with excellent coffee. Room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel, with touches of whimsy in the art. The location could not be better!

Very slow draining sink. Windows were not cleaned recently and were filmy, affecting light and visibility to the outside. Breakfast could be started earlier.

Excellent location, Beautiful hotel, well appointed rooms. Good, fresh Continental breakfast. Most of the Staff members were friendly and courteous. One was especially friendly, but I forget her name.

One of the bartenders in the main hotel was setting up and wasn’t friendly so it made the breakfast awkward. Breakfast was quite good, but could’ve been better organized.

Amazing super friendly staff! Gorgeous boutique hotel with beautiful renovations which gave Beacon the fresh new smell! I only stayed one night and I wish I could have stayed longer. The bar has a great vibe to unwind and relax with friends. I didn’t get to try the breakfast or restaurant but heard it was good and I’m sure it is. The location is perfect too a short walk to beautiful park and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Majority of the time staff were great but on the occasion we felt they weren’t helpful/approachable. Didn’t bother us but it was loud very early morning as we were right next to the cleaning room.

The location was outstanding. Beacon Hill is a beautiful part of Boston. Lovely coffee shops and bakeries on your doorstep. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Free drink token on arrival was a nice touch.

Great location! Beautiful historic room, great staff. Lots of recommendations for where to eat and what to see. We were given an early check in and nicer room for our anniversary! Great service. Will always stay here when in Boston!

Perfect, comfortable rooms. Fantastic access to Boston. Excellent staff and nice continental breakfast. Very clean, amazing skin and hard products.

Some rooms have loud ambient (elevator or electric) noise, but nothing crazy.
