The location was close enough to the public transit station to get to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe to walk at night. There was a fantastic Italian restaurant within walking distance! The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The day manager went out of his way to fix our tv but also provided a list of trivia spots in the area which was great! The breakfast selection was ample, hot, and well maintained. The only wish would have been for additional options of fresh fruit and plain/unflavored walnuts to add to the oatmeal. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The only "complaint" would have to be our room location being right off the elevator and ice machine. However, the incidents of noise were few so can't even complain about it too much! If it had been an issue though, we would have requested a different room.

Breakfast is excellent 👌👌👌. Lot of different choices for everyone from kids to senior people. My favorite was hot omelette, curd, hot potato 🥔. My kids literally enjoy the waffle making and eating... The quality of Coffee ☕☕ is good..

Honestly speaking I didn't move my car too much so I didn't face too much trouble. The parking arrangement can be made better. That's little far away and not straight access from my hotel.

The $25 parking lot with in/out access. You'll get the parking hanging tag from the front desk when you register. It's really difficult to find parking that's not limited to residents or that allows overnight parking. The District mall adjacent to the hotel has Crumbl, Gyu-Kaku BBQ, Chicken and Rice Guys, Kura Revolving Sushi and a few other bar bistro spots in addition to Converse and Nike Factory outlets.

The $25 parking fee. It'd be better if there were free parking for guests. There's not much greenery/lawn nearby for dogs to do their "duty" except for a sliver of lawn which is really part of the hotel landscaping. But there is a patch of weedy lawn by the parking lot. It'll have to "doo".

Not far from the center. 15 minutes to Andrew metro station. 10 minutes to Stop & Shop supermarket. Breakfast is good, although monotonous. Clean and well-maintained.

The heating is blowing on the bed. The bed mattress has pits. The staff is a bit indifferent, but if you insist they will help.

Good location Nice and spacious room We were travelling in a group of 6 friends so we had 2 double beds and a sofa bed Enough space for all our suitcases and bags Nice little kitchen area which we liked Easy to get into the center by Uber Breakfast was good. I liked you could also grab a tea or coffee from the station whatever time of day

Only being picky, it would of been nice if it could of been x3 double beds rather than a sofa bed

Brilliant location and room facilities were fantastic. Breakfast good too, with complimentary tea or coffee at any time during the day. Loved having the added touches of a kitchenette and living space.

Ladies came to clean at around 11am. Asked them to come back in an hour as we were still getting ready but never did. Had to go to reception and get our own towels as the ones we had were left on the floor to be taken and washed. Not great having to come in at night either and start making the bed.

I've come many times over the years. It's my favorite hotel in Boston. Full kitchen and spacious rooms. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There are so many places to go around us. I always feel very comfortable on my stays here and highly recommend.

The only issue I had was a fire alarm that went off early in the morning, Saturday 1/27. Woke me and my sister up in confusion. Took us a min to process what was happening before we could throw something on and head out. No sooner than we walked into the hall, it stopped. We were never told as to why it went off, nor were we offered to have our bill discounted for being awakened in the early hours. Especially after i requested late check out the night before so we can sleep in. Well, let's just say neither of us went back to sleep after. So that kinda ruined the end of a great experience.

We arrived late after attending an event, the staff at the front desk was very nice. The room was very clean and bigger than i expected. In the morning my daughter and I went down to get breakfast for the family, it was very organized and clean. They had many options.

The parking was a little further than I would have liked it to be and parking was an extra charge. When I went to check out the new staff that was at the front this were unprofessional, I was standing there after they saw me walk over and they didn't acknowledged until I said " can i check out."

The area was close to shopping. The breakfast was amazing with many options. The room with kitchenette was cozy and clean although quite cold for 75 degrees.

I was thrown off guard with the level of security and sketchy characters. I didn't like the parking setup around the corner of the hotel in another hotel's lot. We were there overnight. Didn't appreciate the $50 incidental charge to my card. Have to wait 5 days for a reversal.
