The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. No contest. It was a beautiful tiny apartment, a sweet with a separate bedroom and TVs in both rooms. It was immaculate. Beautiful lighting. A stove on which I cooked my dinner. And the breakfast was better than I've ever had. And I was able to take it back to my room. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wishes and needs. The concierge even went so far as to locate a grocery store for me. I will be staying here every time I go into the area.

The only thing was it was a long walk to my room. But I didn't mind that. And I would have liked to have gone into the outdoor pool. Next time.

Our room was very comfortable and well designed with plenty of places to unpack and store your personal items. Wonderful large shower with no slip mat. Very nice hot breakfast with a pleasant dining area. Location was close to dining and shopping choices. Also close to the highway.😊

Would have been nice if the pool was indoors. Also, it’s a large hotel and getting to your room can be a long walk and a little directionally confusing.

Christina Russo was very kind and helpful, I asked Christina about a room that was in a quiet area she had picked a room that was very accommodating.

The room was nice a few things I did bring to Christina's attention the furniture was dusty,the glass sliding door was off track which is dangerous, the carpet smells like cigarettes,draft under windows which let heat out. Christina offered me another room I declined due to being very tired and it was only for a night.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, one morning we had to be at the hospital for 6.30 am, the hotel shuttle did not start running until 7 am, but your staff called the Lahey and got them to send one of their shuttles for us. This is one of many things that they helped us with. They gave us much information about Boston and the surrounding areas.

The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in to check in. This was a surprise birthday weekend of fun for my son, turning 16 on the 15th. We were made to feel like this was a special occasion that they celebrated with us as well. Hearing we had to teenage boys, our room was upgraded at check in. The 2 bedroom suite was very nice and spacious! We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning. My son and I always love the waffles and, unfortunately, this hotel did not have those as an option. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in or through this area.

The beds were not very comfortable. A little stiff for our liking.

Room was excellent and it was really clean. Hotel is in nice location. Free shuttle was useful. Breakfast was ok, only few options and sometimes one or 2 items were missing and they are NOT providing any reason.

Breakfast had only few items and even in that few, 1 or 2 items were not available someday. e.g., Eggs and Fruits were missing couple of days and nobody knows why its missed.

Comfortable stay in a one bedroom suite. Enjoyed having the separate living room space. The Hyatt staff were very nice and pleasant! Also it was nice the price included breakfast.

We had an extremely heavy footed person and child above us who were too loud. Nothing the hotel could do… I would recommend requesting a room on the 3rd (top) floor. The property could also use a bit of a refresher.

Excellent location! We stayed there for a soccer tournament and it was easy to get to the highway. Room was great! It was nice to have a full kitchen as well as a living room. We didn’t feel cramped at all. Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Breakfast was good. Lots of different options. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was a good choice of hotel, near lots of shopping and retail but also close to the historic American Revolution areas (Lexington and Concord). The suite had a great layout, with plenty space and excellent facilities. The breakfasts were simple but hot and regularly refreshed. Overall, we were very impressed by this hotel.

There was no safe in the room (or we didn't find one anyway!). A minor issue and if we had been more concerned we would have asked at reception.
