Beds were very comfortable staff was very great When I had an issue with the water temperature they responded very quickly sent a young man by the name of Jose (I remember his name as its also my husband's name lol) he was extremely friendly and got the job done promptly. The young man also asked if there was anything else I needed help with he was very respectful and helpful he was truly a Breath of fresh air (Thank you Jose.) I do appreciate how quick the front desk sent him to me and they responded and got it done immediately everybody there was amazing. I can honestly say I wish other hotel locations I've been to had staff very friendly and respectful and responded to issues as quickly as the La Quinta did definitely will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Water temperature in shower needed to be adjusted. However they sent a young man to fix it immediately and he got it done very quickly so I do have to say it wasn't that big of an issue seeing how they handled it promptly.

The pool was nice temperature all the staff were truly amazing helpful and friendly.. this was a very good time. The breakfast was delicious and they had a good selection to eat. the rooms were very clean,the beds were comfortable we even extended our stay.....it is an overall great Hotel.. my family and I will definitely be coming back to visit La Quinta again. Thank you and God bless to all the staff....

Honestly there is nothing i have to complain about .but since I have to do something before submitting my review the only thing that I wish they did have was room service. however it did not change my opinion on this hotel as it is still amazing and there are two amazing restaurants right on the same premises but if I had to pick something I would just say room service would be a great addition to this beautiful location..

I like that the hotel is just off the main highway coming in. It made traveling much easier. Also the fact there are two restaurants right on the property was very convenient

The room next-door had a dog, or dogs, who left enormous piles of shed everywhere! I was traveling with my mother, who is disabled and on oxygen. Going into and out of our room stirred up a literal pile of dog hair in front of the door Immediately adjacent to ours. Also, no matter how early we got down to breakfast there were never any seats available! The first day we brought our food back to our room and ate it cold. The second day we sat in the lobby to eat

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. I was close to the facility I was training at and not too far from Boston and Salem for leisure activities in the evening. I had to order from Amazon to be delivered and the staff received and hid my package and verified I was the person who was supposed to get it so the shipment was secure and easy to pick up after it arrived.

Honestly I really can't think of anything I didn't like, I was very happy with the room and the free breakfast and the staff who were very polite and helpful. It was a great place to stay and catered to all my needs.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice to be within walking distance of restaurants and close to the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and daughter went down for breakfast on Monday morning at 8:45 and even though staff was cleaning up the breakfast area, they still happily assisted them in getting food.

There was only 1 small trash can in the room and no communal cans anywhere other than the breakfast area and business center.

Love how quiet it was and the pool was our favorite part of staying in the hotel. I also love that they use Dove products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) instead of using cheap products

The only thing that I didn't like was the elevator. Before it stops on the floor you need to get off the elevator door will open slightly open before making a complete stop

Chad checked us in. He was very polite,welcoming, and helpful. We got in late in the evening, and he helped us secure blankets for the pull out couches in our 3 rooms.

The elevator broke down this morning, with one of our party stuck in it. He wasn't in it too long,maybe 10 minutes, as someone from the hotel was able to get it to the basement, and then he came back up the stairs.

The room was more than adequate with a refrigerator and microwave. The TV was Netflix ready in the room, just put your password in and watch your favorites. Pool and daily breakfast, were awesome extras. Location was excellent for us being right near the highway exit and entrance with Dunkin Donuts/ Gas station right by it and a Chili's and Italian Restaurant next door.

Our thermostat was not fully functioning and their elevator could use an update but these were very minor annoyances and wouldnt stop me from stating there again

It was clean, updated, and friendly staff. It has a small market with drinks, snacks, hygiene, and several frozen meals if you get hungry you can purchase them. Great location. Breakfast has good choices. Also, the bathrooms in the room have dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and small thing of makeup wipes if you forget yours.

I am an artist so I do deeply appreciate being able to record and sharpen my craft without any complaints as well as offering a variety of amenities including my favorite the breakfast 😂

The only problem I had while staying here was the toilet wouldn’t stop running so the continuous noise was a bother besides that it was an exceptional stay
