The staff and the location it is at. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They made coffee in the morning in the office but the only thing that was missing was pastries to go with the coffee.

The only thing that I was not too crazy about was the bed in my room. I was low on one side and when at night I had to put something underneath me so that I wouldn't feel the springs. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

New Mattress in every room. My mattress in my room has a dip on the whole side.

Just the Mattress problem. And housekeeping doesn't ask if you need anything for your room. They just leave you alone.

The employees are great very friendly and helpful. Plus IHOP is right next door. Every morning Jackie makes coffee and she always has a smile on her face when she gets you.

Wish I had more towels. I do understand that if you are staying multiple days you should let the desk know if you need more towels. Other than that, no complaints.

Very pet friendly! Location was absolutely perfect. 30 mins to Boston and 30 mins to Salem. Very quiet property with restaurants and stores close enough to make the stay less stressful.

Key card deactivated and we had to get it fixed at the office but it was a quick fix.

needed secure internet a small desk and chair would have been helpful but I was given a handicap room as others were sold out so maybe a regular room would ahve has tat no place room in bathroom to place razor , toothbrush etc

The location was perfect and close to the highway. Rooms were clean. Jackie at the front desk was very courteous, friendly and professional. Staff was always available if you needed something. Excellent service overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and family.

Rooms clean, bathroom clean sheets clean and front desk staff and Management Olga are the most beautiful, respectful and friendly people they check me in and help with everything I needed.
