The room was very comfortable. Nothing fancy but great for a one night stay. It was quiet, even with a high school reunion going on in the conference center. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Water pressure could be a bit better in the shower. The place definitely needs a little TLC- paint on windows flaking off, outside things looking worn or broken. But it didn't affect our stay.

The hotel is in a pretty quiet location, very nice looking and clean. The rooms are big, modern. Unfortunately the pool was close what was not mentiones in booking.com. In the hotel there is a big and perfectly equiped huge fitness center, open during the week from 5 AM on, and 7 AM on weekends. They offer also spinning and planty of other classes. It is a public gym with free access for hotel guests, which is a big positive aspect. We had breakfast for 14 EUR per person, OK, but not special.

The pool could have been open. The service people sometimes seemed to be stressed out, however, they were professionally polite.

Room (including bathroom) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Once I figured out how to use the AC controls, was able to get the room to a comfortable temperature (cold when we entered). Staff were courteous.

no microwave in room. dismayed at being called rude for trying to check in early.. I was here for the charity show & instructed to check in as soon as I arrived. staff said I could not ,ok I simply explained why I was trying to & said thank you and left NOT RUDE

Bed comfortable. Good counter space in bathroom. Staff very nice and bhelpful - especially Hannah.

Sofa bed was a back killer.Had to abandon Toilet paper should be 2 ply. Bathtub was very slippery. Should have bath mats and grab bars.

The facility was clean. Front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming. Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast staff was friendly. Plenty of shopping & eateries nearby.

Walking on the stone pathways in high heels was tricky, lol!

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic. The burgers, beer, pickle chips were awesome. The wait staff was very attentive and the price was great.

You had to pay $16.00 per person if you wanted the breakfast. For the cost of the hotel, you shouldn't have to pay extra for breakfast, unless you wanted something special.

It’s gorgeous! Comfy bed. Very clean, nice staff.

Everything was wonderful. I would say to have the grab and go breakfast available a little later maybe. I missed it (no fault of theirs).

It was beautiful, convenient, and a good rate. The woman from the restaurant was super friendly.

There was no ice machine on our floor, I had to go up a floor to get ice.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located for Westford near I-495. Staff was friendly.

This is an older property showing some of its age; ie cracked caulking in bathroom, dehumidifier in hallway, brass keys for room entry. Hotel had breakfast coffee in lobby but when the pot went dry at 7:30am, the front desk stated there would be no further coffee made.
