Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We've stayed here a number of times, the rooms are comfortable, but are starting to show some wear and tear.

We stayed four nights and never had anyone come in to straighten out the room. The first night I thought maybe we didn't get out of the room earlier enough, but the rest of the time we were gone early and back late. We ended up having to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper.

The breakfast was good! Our room was a nice size and they were able to give me adjoining rooms on the first floor.

The shower drain was nasty! We had a handicapped bathroom which I did not ask for & the drain was obviously dirty and clogged so the water went all over the floor and almost out the door we had to use towels to prevent this. Bathroom cleaning needs a lot of work! The rest of the room was very clean.

it was quiet and the rooms easily able to accommodate you for a long stay.

it was better than expected. I wish breakfast was at 6 on weekends too. it was part of the reason staying there. we had to leave at 630 and go find something to eat, they serve breakfast at 7 on weekends but 6 during week. I didn't know time difference after booking. I would have gone someplace else. needs to be more transparent

Great location in quiet area with nearby shops, staff was friendly and helpful, and room was clean and comfortable, pool was just what we wanted, overall exactly what we needed at a good price.

TV programming was hard to navigate and didn't stream well, may have been the rain...?

Breakfast was average, and oatmeal always ran out before the service window closed. A wider variety to accommodate specific diets and more fresh fruit would be welcome.

I had requested top floor, I don't want anyone over my head. Girl at desk stated my request wasn't on reservation, not sure why because I put it, as always. After awhile she was able to get 1. Great, except they have to keep all guests together so people next to us were loud, woke up to bangs during night. I mean could u at least maybe put room empty between or put across hall, not every room in that hotel was full. Need new mattresses

Room was very clean very large, cleaned as often as you needed. Staff were great

Breakfast, so not continental as advertised. Microwaved options still in their bags. We ate out mostly after trying it for first few days

That it came with free breakfast and the price was good for the room that I booked. The room was clean and nicely put together. The food was really good.

Some of the staff was rude, The front desk staff in the morning wasn't pleasant at all specially the heavier set Spanish women. They should offer a lunch and dinner buffet.

Lovely big room with all you needed, nice swimming pool and friendly staff

Breakfast had choice but the cooked items were mostly in packets and not great. Definitely need a vehicle as a walk to nearest town or train was long

Breakfast had more variety than expected. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Loved the Christmas Tree in the lobby. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return to this location. Plenty of parking.

Actually, I find no fault with this property. It is a beautiful area and the cleanliness really impressed me.
