All the staff we interacted with were polite and attentive. From those at the front desk to housekeepers. As well as the breakfast crew. The facility as a whole was impeccably clean. Our room was comfortable. We appreciated the fact that it was Very quiet even though we were in the room closest to elevator. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food. And the seating area was comfortable and spacious. Would give you a 10/10.

I would have liked it better if the sofa faced the TV. But not a big issue. The king bed was very nice, but we found it to be very firm.

After request we were upgraded to a bigger room F.O.C. (thank you) The room had 2 king beds (1.80m wide) and was VERY spacious. 10/10 Fully equipped. 10/10 The aircon worked very well but there was a feeling of humidity so we had to air the bedroom by opening the window that overlooked the roof and the a/c. Not a problem though. 9/10 The continental breakfast was excellent. 9/10 WiFi was OK. 9/10 Parking available 10/10 Overall Thank you.

The room was very comfortable. Nothing fancy but great for a one night stay. It was quiet, even with a high school reunion going on in the conference center. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Water pressure could be a bit better in the shower. The place definitely needs a little TLC- paint on windows flaking off, outside things looking worn or broken. But it didn't affect our stay.

Allowed our large family to be together as we gathered for a wedding nearby.

Every morning at exactly 7 AM a sanitation truck was operating outside our room. Apparently they have a cesspool situation and with big crowds they needed to empty the system daily. It took hours of noisy drainage.

The hotel is in a pretty quiet location, very nice looking and clean. The rooms are big, modern. Unfortunately the pool was close what was not mentiones in booking.com. In the hotel there is a big and perfectly equiped huge fitness center, open during the week from 5 AM on, and 7 AM on weekends. They offer also spinning and planty of other classes. It is a public gym with free access for hotel guests, which is a big positive aspect. We had breakfast for 14 EUR per person, OK, but not special.

The pool could have been open. The service people sometimes seemed to be stressed out, however, they were professionally polite.

Breakfast was great, beds were good. Staff was excellent, and the location was very convenient (next to multiple Metro stations),

Hotel room is small, but totally expected for Manhattan. A bit pricey for what it offers.

All as room, clean, good service. Only I was suppise, of the recent remodeling of the Pool!.😒 But all, as Breakfast excellence. Good housekeeping, they surely keep us with towels, bath soap all our needs! Thank you 😊 Carmen and Domingo Cruz #388 Westford Regency

Room (including bathroom) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Once I figured out how to use the AC controls, was able to get the room to a comfortable temperature (cold when we entered). Staff were courteous.

no microwave in room. dismayed at being called rude for trying to check in early.. I was here for the charity show & instructed to check in as soon as I arrived. staff said I could not ,ok I simply explained why I was trying to & said thank you and left NOT RUDE

Bed comfortable. Good counter space in bathroom. Staff very nice and bhelpful - especially Hannah.

Sofa bed was a back killer.Had to abandon Toilet paper should be 2 ply. Bathtub was very slippery. Should have bath mats and grab bars.
