I loved that the staff was so accomodating. We got a "handicapped room" where the beds and furniture were suited for someone in a wheelchair. We would have been fine in the room; however, we asked for a different room, and the staff upgraded us to a suite with their "appologies." The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The TV was large so that people could either be on the couch watching it or in the bed. The shower was hot and water pressure strong. Additionally, there were several high school teams staying, must have been a tournament, but once you were inside your room, the hotel was quiet. There was plenty of hot delicious food for everyone at the am breakfast and it was busy!! Great location for going out to eat and getting gas.

The phone was broken inside the room, so I had to walk down to the front desk with my questions.

The breakfast had excellent choices and the fruit cup was delicious. Excellent idea ,the lady working the breakfast was very nice , the check-in staff in the evening were very helpful

Found it a long process to get in and out of the hotel from the highway

The location was perfect!! Close to main roads without the traffic and noise of a main road. It was a perfect distance to our ventures- Salem, Lasell University and Boston

The AC in our room was not consistent leaving the room feeling warm. We were waking up at all hours to find the AC not on though it was set to be low.

Very clean and quiet .

Very disappointed that I chose it for the pool and the pool was unavailable. A sister hotel was offered but who wants to schlep out there and back in the cold. If I had known there was no pool I would have made a different choice. The price was high to begin with but I paid it for the pool...

Ideal location in a lovely town

Being charged by the hotel for my stay after it was pre paid through Booking.com and the hassle and cost of phoning America from Ireland to get my money back

The staff was welcoming, especially Deni at the front desk. Since we are new to Hilton Honors, she took time to answer our questions and made sure we knew all the good things the hotel offered.She is an asset to Hilton,which is why I mentioned her by name.Will be booking here again.

The property was really nice I would have liked to see more benches outside to enjoy the nice weather !!

The electronic keys they really didn’t work well sometimes it took up to 9 tries to open the door

We were late arrival and found out we could of lost a room we had already paid for if we arrived after midnight due to an audit done at midnight. We arrived in time to avoid that. In addition could not get ice without a priority code.

It’s clean & convenient. I really appreciated that they honored my requests of an accessible room on the ground floor!

The outside entryway on the south end of the ground floor had stairs which were not accessible for me

Pleasant stay, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Kids had fun in pool and gym. Area around has multiple attractions.
