Updated, great staff, pool and breakfast

Mattress was uncomfortable, furniture needed better cleaning, conditioner was empty

I love the one bedroom suites that are perfect for weekends with my granddaughters! Pool (in door) is great, Nice and clean workout room and outdoor basketball court. Kitchen is great. Dealing directly with this property is the way to go! Don’t even try to resolve any issues with reservations, canceling, or upgrading your room. They just repeat the script of No, we are going to charge you for 2 rooms on the same date because even though you have followed the procedure for customer service and message or call 2x a day to avoid the double booking they are insisting they are.Charging you . I put a security hold on the card to keep them from charging me. I have heard that booking.com has been losing users related to poor or no customer support or service. I decided to call the hotel directly and it was so easy. They were great and immediately cancelled the extra reservation and even suggested that my granddaughters might like a 4th floor room and changed my 1st floor to the 4th. Breakfast is good. Not just continental. Full buffet! Free! Highly recommend

I wish the check in was at 3pm instead of 4pm and I would live check out to be at noon vs 11am. But that’s just my personal preference. It doesn’t keep me from staying here 4 x in 4 months

The pictures you see are actually worse than how nice & clean the Homewood truly is, they do not do it justice. Judy is the only person in the 4 days we were in MA & NH to show any humanity, she should be running the entire facility.

They did not honor the request for our late checkout - even though I called to confirm before booking. When I called the front desk at 9am, he stated that we could only have 30 minutes past 11am. I’m disabled and so is my husband who served 22+ years in the Military and our daughter. I had asked and explained that we needed until noon, legit hung up after saying no. So I wheelie myself to the front desk and Judy is an Angel but nothing will erase me breaking down and crying for some type of mercy.

Location was quiet and convenient for the purpose of our stay.

Breakfast items did not taste good overall; variety was below average. Did not add anything to the value of our stay. Wish that they didn't have something in the room that said we'd have cleaning services every-other day when that wasn't the case at all. It turned out to be every 3rd day.

Mistake in bill says I arrived Dec 22 which added 1 nights cost. Error on their part. I had to go through Hilton customer service to correct this. Still not corrected. I was locked out of my room and linens removed!!

Location, room, beds and pillows. Pool was at a very warm temperature with a clean gym with new equipment located near each other. Very convenient.

Breakfast. Truly wasn’t edible. No herbal tea, or healthy options. Stick to the coffee and bread assortments.

Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to request fresh towels, toilet paper and toiletries as the rooms were not refreshed very often but staff were very helpful in providing these items. Breakfast very good and staff excellent, would have liked more fruit selection.

The room wasn’t as clean and in order. The wall looked like it had knife marks in it. The counter and the paper towel holder had some gross old food caked on

Facilities are super clean and well-maintained. Staff members were pleasant, courteous, and friendly. Breakfast options were plentiful; the hot choices were very tasty. Great location near highways and shops but sited at the edge of a quiet corporate campus.

I absolutely loved how friendly people were especially while having a baby. The way the room was clean, coming from a former housekeeper it was perfect!! Very happy with the stay
