The room was comfortable and clean loved the fact we had coffee Machine and refrig. The breakfast area was comfortable with lots of tables and the food was a good variety. The lady who served the breakfast was very friendly and was there to help with anything. We used the breakfast area to read our books in the afternoon. I left my jacket there, and someone was kind enough to give it to the front desk where I retrieved it.

The curtains in the room did not close and the lights from the stores across the way and on the bldg made it hard to sleep and early in morning like 6 am was as bright as noon.

The staff were amazing! I've never been around hotel staff that were so kind and nice. The room was really good. The bed was just the right amt of firmness and the linens were warm without being heavy. Everything was very clean. The heating unit operated perfectly and it wasn't too noisy.

The bathtub didn't drain well. Also, I really wished for a convenient place to get water to drink; it was all the way down in the fitness room? It would be better if there was a filtered water dispenser on every floor, next to the ice machine. Also i wished for a small microwave in my room.

We were warmly greeted when we checked in and each morning. All staff were friendly and super helpful. The room was a good size, clean and quiet. A good breakfast each morning and tea/coffee available throughout the day, with a biscuit to dunk. They have a guest laundry, a gym, a swimming pool, and parking. There are different food options across the road and a supermarket. The location is perfect. We would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Merrimack.

We loved the variety of food at breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Judy was over and beyond accommodating and very friendly.

Our dresser drawer on the bottom wouldn't shut all the way...needed to be adjusted. So anytime I used the middle drawer, the bottom drawer would pull out too. We also had some trouble using our key card in the door. Sometimes it would work and other times we would have to try to get in 5 or 6 times.

Breakfast selection and presentation was excellent. Loved the "Take-out" bag for taking a few things for the road. Very nice added touch.

We got there late in the day and your 2 closest parking areas were full. It would be nice if there I knew (or not) to one/two of the parking areas in front of your hotel (maybe these are not available for use?). If they are available, consider providing a stair way up to the entrance.

Great value. All of the staff is very friendly including the front desk . Easy check in and check out. Our room and the entire facility is immaculate. Excellent breakfast. Surprisingly good, so many different choices. Food was always fresh and constantly being refilled by the staff. I always stay at the Holiday Inn in Merrimack NH, and never look any place else. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was clean, smelled clean & seemed well taken care of. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Our room was very comfortable and was stocked nicely with everything we needed.

The only thing was that the floor where the air conditioner was had a draft and with the cold temperatures outside, made the floor extremely cold.

Sean at the front desk was awesome! When I told him I was staying there because I was getting divorced and needed to not be at my house he went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe. He asked me if there was a car or person he should be looking out for. Then I got the baggage cart stuck in the door and he was very helpful getting it back out for me. I have stayed in many hotels throughout this ordeal and Sean has stood out from all the rest of the fromt desk personnel that I have encountered

Great location - right beside the turnpike. Extremely easy to get off and on the highway. Great breakfast. Lots of breakfast variety, including fruit.

The bathtub wasn't as clean as it could have been, with only one facecloth in the bathroom. One of two toilet paper rolls was missing.

The hotel is quite old but spotless, and the team does a great job maintaining it. Breakfast was 10/10, and the location is just as good. My only note: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the elevator.
