The breakfast was great and always plenty of food available. We had an issue with our room the people next door were loud and kept slamming their door all night. We told the front desk in the morning. Kelly was very professional and upgraded our room and moved us to a very nice room. The cleaning ladies were very polite and courteous. It was great being able to meet family members at the 99 for food and drinks.

Only thing we didn’t like was the loud inconsiderate people next door to our first room but that wasn’t the fault of the Clarion.

I honestly have to say that we would've probably checked out early. Had it not been for Doreen who is a manager of housekeeping? She stepped in to help with an issue that staff member Kelly could not handle due to her knowledge of facility Dorian stepped in and made things right calmed down my wife. And most likely prevented us from checking out early. But not only that, we ended up extending our stay.

I did not like the fact that the price kept on changing. Even though from the beginning, we were not given our correct room or any of the correct accommodations that we made.

Breakfast had a good variety of food. The flowers outside looked really nice.

Room was dark, even with curtains open and lights on. One staff member told us that we could call the front desk to arrange for taxi service. When we tried, another staff member told us they don't provide that service but he tried for us anyway. Unfortunately, taxis are not available after 6 pm. Second staff member was very apologetic and helpful in getting the GPS set up on our phone and giving us general directions.

Breakfast was better than expected, as some hot food was available. Room was roomy and quiet.

Clarian reservation system was defective. I went directly to the Clarian web-site to book the room and the system apparently defaulted to Booking.com. I was unable to use my AAA membership to realize a discount and was told at the front desk when I checked in that I was unable to change the reservation to apply the AAA discount. The television service was terrible, as half the channels came back with no service.

Loved the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean updated rooms and incredibly comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet.

Not that I didn't like it, but the outside doesn't reflect the how beautiful the rooms are inside. Kind of a weird facade for a hotel. I guess that's too keep people from having to deal with weather. The inside halls were a bit dark. Would prefer more light especially if females are traveling alone

I enjoyed the fact that it was quiet for the most part and the Heart made out of the Towel with a Couole Of rose peddles. The Shower was AMAZING.

The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was a Jr. HOCKEY team or something staying the same night, and I could hear them running rapid all over the place. Personally, I felt like If you will be booking children's sports teams, u should keep them on the first floor and make sure that the Adults keep them under control, especially at night and before 6 am

Rooms clean, lots of parking, breakfast sufficient.

Hotel staff were completely clueless about the attached restaurant (hours?, reservations?); and knew nothing about the special July 4 activities and fireworks (where?, when?, parking?). One would think that as a courtesy to one's guests, the staff should be at least somewhat familiar with the surrounding area and activities.

Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort, quiet

The hotel advertised free breakfast from 6-10 a.m. When we came down the breakfast area all of the hot breakfast items were already gone like eggs sausage etc. There was coffee and fruit and a make your own waffles but no eggs. I just thought that was strange. And the girl on the desk checked the trays to see that there were none but no more were ever provided. Might seem like a small or minor issue but we were looming forward to it before hitting the road home.

The staff especially Kelly was excellent and very helpful. I didn't use the pool but many guests did and it was clean. The breakfast very good with lots of choices.

The parking area behind our room was a little unsettling. There's at least three different people that live in their cars. I moved my car to what I considered a more secure place.

60% my fault, but there were controls on the heat/air conditioner and a thermostat on the wall. I didn't notice the thermostat until morning so the room was very warm and difficult to sleep. Just a little sticker on the unit near the controls for the dummies like me that don't travel a lot would have saved us a lot of sweat. (I could have contacted the desk, but I was sure it was broken and didn't want to change rooms.)
