Easy check in. Friendly staff. Really nice King suite. The property is very big and clean. I was there to DJ a wedding. The banquet staff was great to work with. The food for the reception and cocktail hour was delicious. Long , but cool walk to the indoor pool.

The free breakfast was only for platinum members. No place to get coffee duringthe day. The restaraunt staff was very slow. My wife had to ask 3 times for a glass of wine. The braekfast buffet at the reataraunt was overpriced. You can get the same exact breakfast at a Hampton Inn for free.

I had to call and ask about late check-in as I was part of a bridal party and couldnt get there until late and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. The staff at check-in was really nice and very kind. The bed was super comfy and clean!

There wasnt much I didnt like other than the hotel room doors closing are super loud and when you walk in the room there's a switch to turn on a light that doesnt light the actual room, once I got all the way into the room i couldnt find the switch to turn on the rest of the lights I had to get my phone out and put the flashlight on and search around for the switch.

Yes, this is a very nice hotel! But what was really disappointing with this certain Location, I was missing a nice restaurant that I didn't have to leave the hotel at night to go get food! When we were there, they had a soft opening for one! but I bet only a hand full of people used it! menu was not ok! So if I am going to spend 200. a night on a Hotel, I don't want it to be just for the comfy bed! But very clean, and The people who work at the hotel are super friendly <3

They tried hard to keep up with the dance convention and we hope they’ll continue to take them!

The trash wasn’t collected from dressing rooms over night. We understood that there might’ve been men that couldn’t go in during the day, but when we came in the morning, the trash was overflowing and still there from the night before.

The building design and the place remind me of a European city. The room is cozy and has enough space for 4 people. Clean, Even though it was summer season, the weather was great

I wish we could stay longer, so we could explore the area due to the nature of our trip.

Absolutely amazing!!!! The beds the showers the staff the cleanliness !!! I love this property !! The staff especially brandy and Karina are top notch!! Aaaaa++++

The only downfall was no pool but we see that it is under construction so hopefully that will be available soon!

Nice big room. Comfortable furniture. Bathroom was good size. Like how the TV was on when I arrived with a greeting welcoming me. The sitting area was relaxing especially near the big fireplace

I would of liked a microwave in my room but wasn't a deal breaker.

I think it’s foolish to offer once complimentary bottle of water when you have two people staying in the room. They did offer a second bottle, different brand for $5.00. I understand this is a company policy but with the money we pay for a room it seems silly.

Hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff, beautiful setting.

No pool is the only downfall. Oh and not having clean towels and coffee daily refills
