The service was great...

I didn't like the fact I only had two large towels, it would of been nice to have three to four. Got there took a shower, took a towel to the pool, no towel after the Sauna, no clean towel to take another shower before bed or after waking up the next morning... The breakfast eating area thermometer was set to 74 degrees it was very hot and muggy, cloths were sticking to my back. I had to set it to COOL and 66 degrees. The scramble eggs were Luke warm. Sausage only not cooked all the way, no bacon. No pastries only cinnamon buns. Fruitloops were mixed with rice crispies. The juice glasses were kid size once drank felt like people were watching who was going for refills.

The enviorment was really clean and the rooms and building were free of that musty hotel smell. It smelt very clean and fresh. I love that its a no smoking hotel due to having my children present. (You can never get that smell out) The ENTIRE staff was SUPER friendly and super accommodating. I had dirty diapers so the guy at the desk gave me a huge garbage bag so i didnt have to make so many trips to throw it out. I also really liked that the housekeepers didnt stop by unless requested. Although it gets a bit difficult if you have a ton of trash but it eased my anxiety that someone might walk in on me when i was sleeping or something. I loved the privacy aspect of it. The hotel was also super quiet. Not alot going on which i really liked. Shower was also pretty large but no tub but we made it work It was also super affordable for what we got. Best hotel weve stayed at so far

Trash can build up pretty fast, and they dont provide conditioner

The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We did not have the opportunity to use any of the other facilities, but having them available to us was a plus. I appreciate coffee being available 24/7.

The facility is located just off the exit-which is great for where we were going and to be able to find. However, because it is located off the exit, we could hear the traffic in our room. That is to be expected and was not a huge problem for us. But, it may be helpful for people to know prior to staying there. It is not a game changer for us and we will definitely stay there again.

Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast! Like, real, actual breakfast.

Minor quibble and one to be expected. It's right there in the name of the hotel; it's near the airport. As such, it is not the quietest place. However, A. It's a small, not very busy airport, B. You really should expecting some amount of airplane noise, and C. Nothing that a pair of foam earplugs did not completely cure.

Perfect location for what we needed. Great staff, nice to have laundry facilities available to use. Breakfast was okay. Could have used more fruits and other meat besides sausage or hash. It was nice to have something, though.

The hot water took forever to heat up in the shower.....could have been because we were on the 3rd floor. 😊

Clean nice accommodation and good value.

Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but there were definitely some customers being loud and obnoxious after 2am. I mentioned it when checking out when asked how was my stay. They said we should have called front desk, but there was no one around when we had returned around 11:30, lights off etc . Again not really hotel's fault and should have called even if there was no one at the desk as they might monitor calls elsewhere.

Staff was very pleasant; room, while basic, was very comfortable - bed and pillows were very nice. I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, though I did have the available coffee and tea, which was fine. Hotel was very quiet. Was very convenient to the highway and the Manchester airport.

My only complaints are: I don’t like it when the only in-room soap toiletry available is bar soap; while I know I should just bring my own shower gel, when faced with the TSA limit, sometimes you have to make choices, and it meant I had to go to a store and buy some. Also, the location is slightly awkward and not very close to much in the way of dining/cocktails - anything other than a Subway absolutely requires a vehicle or paying for a Lyft/Uber. While this wouldn’t be a problem for everyone, for someone staying alone who doesn’t want to drink/drive, it may be something to keep in mind.

Stayed here two nights while attending a class in Manchester. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, comfortable room. Easy check in/check out. Even though occupancy was low, notice the "quite time" signs for 10pm-7am and appreciate they remind people to be courteous.

My needs are simple so can't really say I didn't like anything.

Good: - Location: Right off the main highway, but far enough off that we did not have constant road noise. - Room: Comfortable bed, small fridge and coffee set up plus a good shower. - Breakfast was excellent: lots of options and all good. - Rate: Reasonable for the area and accommodations.

The hotel itself is pretty generic, but clean with a friendly staff. Perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay!

Everything was very clean abd even smelled clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable and also the pillows (lots of those). Breakfast had a lot of choices and all the staff at breakfast and the main desk were very pleasant and helpful. There was a really nice lookiing pool and hot tub area. We did not use it but wished we could have. We had meeting a few miles north so it was convenient being near the highway.

The rooms were somewhat small for 2 people with only 1 chair. The exercise room had a TV that was not working due to recent renovations but hopefully they will have corrected that. The tread mill was an older variety but we got it to work. The hair dryer needed attention but worked fine after that. The shower stall was a nice big one but the floor was slippery so they have installed a grip bar for support. I recommend non-slip decals or equivalent for the shower floor.
