No issues, overall always a great experience.

We are no longer welcome to stay here due to my dog’s odor. My dog has a skin condition that is treated but unfortunately he still has a dog odor. When we returned for another visit we were told by desk that we are no longer welcome per Manager. Understood but felt this could have been handled better. It was shocking and embarrassing to us. We asked to speak to the manager who decided. She was unavailable so we left our number. No response of course.

The desk staff was awesome! Especially Miguel! Bookings system messed up and didn't send the paid confirmation to the hotel. She was patient, professional and made sure things were made right so we weren't out on the street without a room. All the staff were awesome, professional & kind.

That Booking didn't hold up their end by making sure our booking went smoothly. The hotel staff fixed it.

Property is very convenient right off the 293 heading to the shopping email partially personal. I will have to see it very convenient. You actually see it right off the highway.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Most of my graduation class stayed at this hotel. I really like the hotel, it felt a homie and comfy. I like the price, breakfast and coffee that was offered at this hotel.

I believe the towels need to be wash with fabric softener, they were very hard. The elevator was an issue, I was almost late for my pick up due to the elevator taking so long. There is nothing else that was a bother to me.

The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous.They were also adept at settling any issues in a skilled and knowledgeable manner. All staff was friendly and efficient.Also, everything I needed was closeby...I never had to move the car.Plenty of parking..Nice for families, or those of us who are single....

Carpeting was a little worn.

Breakfast was included. The location was very close to the highway and the street full of commercial stores, restaurants, gas stations.

Price was high and it was a bit noisy from the windows due to proximity to the highway.

I left before 6 am, so I missed breakfast. The room was small but comfortable for a brief overnight stay. Nothing fancy but well equipped.

pretty basic, but not in a bad way. They have a breakfast, but limited, not a large area to eat.

Check in person was very friendly and nice. Place seemed cleaned and was comfortable.

When first arrived there was no one at desk. Tried calling no one answered waited 20 minutes when someone told us to knock on window. Then someone came and checked us in.

Rooms in the rear of the building right next to highway. Windows are very dated. For the price and my sole need to sleep, it fit the bill.
