My Daughter and I were there to see a show, so the location of the hotel was perfect with the restaurant and arena very close by. Only thing I wasn't happy about was your timing for breakfast. You don't consider how late we come in at night or the time of departure in the morning for your quests, so by the time we get down for breakfast it's over. I found that very disappointing. I wish your breakfast could be extended 1 more hour. You would make a lot more of your quest happier.

The lady at the desk ran into some trouble finding my reservation because of a mistake on booking.com's end but was extremely polite and apologetic and made sure to fix it as soon as possible and was very kind and helpful.

The only issue I had all together was I didn't like the shower head. But other than that everything was absolutely amazing all the way around.

This was a last minute stay after our travel plans were changed unexpectedly. The things we needed were: a comfy bed, a hot shower, proximity to services as we were without a car for two days and a ride to the airport. The Comfort Inn ticked these boxes with the added bonus of breakfast and an outstanding team of people on the front desk. One day we got completely lost and called them to help us get a taxi. None available so we navigated our way home on public transit. When we got back the Reception erupted, the staff had been worried about us and celebrated our safe return! Where else does this happen? We found Manchester folk very helpful everywhere except for one very unpleasant bus driver. The Applebees across from the hotel was very good with lovely staff.

I wasn’t a fan of the square pillows but my husband didn’t mind them.

It was a nice stay. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fully stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing major stuck out except they are in need of small upgrades, like the connecting door got stuck because a piece was coming off. The TV could have more channels because there wasn't much and the Internet was ok. Nothing major if you're not spending tons of time in the hotel.

I stayed 2 nights in between flights. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I particularly appreciated the desk staff. He was very kind, friendly and accommodating when I thought I needed to extend my stay due to not being able to get home to Florida because of the hurricane. I ended up canceling the extra days. Also the shuttle driver was very friendly and kind.

Huge suite and controllable air-conditioning in each room. It was freezing so I had my room like a furnace! Bed was MASSIVE and so so comfortable

Breakfast was limited and disposable plates and cutlery. Pastries were still frozen. My son is gluten and dairy free and there were no options for him

We loved the suite with 1 king and 2 queens. There was plenty of room, and everyone had their own bed and was not cramped.

The pool was cold, and it closed early Sunday night. When the staff said 7am - 10pm daily. It's not cool, especially for the pice.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Check in and check out were easy and the staff helpful and friendly.

The pool and pool area could use a little update but it was clean and a nice amenity to have available.

The staff is friendly helpful and work very hard! Location is great for me and the price is right. I saw the staff deep cleaning a room - my bedroom has never been cleaned as well as that!

I love this property. If you need high end this is not your place, but it’s great for me.

Very nice hotel and very nice, and clean rooms. Had lots of amenities for the price, and it was in the perfect location for us.

The entrance and exit to the hotel was a little tricky and confusing getting in and out of the parking lot to go certain directions.
