Very, very quiet in rooms. Beds are comfortable. Front desk person was helpful and pleasant. Convenient location

The waffle-maker timer was not working so waffles were undercooked. Would like to have adult yogurt available instead of Danimals. Would have liked bananas pears blueberries etc. There were a few sorry-looking oranges in a bowl that no one touched. There were eggs and other hot foods. I prefer healthier options that were not available

My main things here start with location. The hotel is on Rt 3 between Nashua and Manchester which makes it convenient to both, plus an easy trip to Boston. The hotel is also less expensive while still providing a clean and comfortable room that is competitive with the more expensive chains.

This was my fourth stay at the Quality Inn in Merrimack, so there isn't too much that I don't like that would have me looking for an alternative. I think the same sorts of things one finds in any hotel, water pressure and HVAC tend to vary from room to room, the parking lot fills up fast in the evening... Most of their staff are very nice, but they also tend to seem inexperienced as if this is the training hotel. Again, for the price and convenience these things are an easy trade off.

They have great customer service they all keep the property well maintained. I have had no issue with noice, nor any with staff, and or any with issues with other travelers. All around it’s a good place to stay especially for the price point.

Could be nice to not have to be checking on every day especially when you ask for it like I understand where I need to like. Make sure you’re keeping your room clean and tidy but when you’re proving into him and he’s been there for over a week and you clean the place and take out your own trash and he haven’t had a single issue with asking for towels or anything for that matter I buy my own toilet paper etc. and I have a brain injury so I’m talking to text and I might’ve already said that I apologize if I did repeat myself I just can’t forget like that and I have had a lot of stress going on lately that’s why I mentioned him getting space type of thing a nap place is amazing and again I talk to text in case it messed up I apologize.

The staff that we met on site were great. The room was adequately sized for the price. Everything was clean. There seems to be some humidity in the hotel but nothing awful. The floor was laminate and there was no mess left on my white socks which tells me they keep it clean.

Carpet in the room would be cool. Other than that, it was worth the rate. Oh! One thing that could be better was the TV. There's no guide or guide channel and we couldn't stream to the TV from our phone even with an HDMI cord. Not a deal-breaker though.

This place is awesome the staff is extremely friendly and helpful the room was very comfortable the pillows were soft and the bed was comfortable. They have an awesome breakfast which consisted of anything you can think of and then some. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for it’s a great place to stay

Only complaint I have about this property is they should have someone sweep the smoking area out back

I was there several nights. The staff was very responsive and assisted me when I had to cancel my stay there early because the location of quality inn was too far from the families I was here to visit. The girl of the front desk didn't even have to be reminded who I was. She as well as the young man who managed the desk during the day were very helpful and quick to help me. My only advice is to add a partial curtains to complete the pull-down shade covering of the window. I really liked that pull-down shade on the window. It was very pretty and added it to the look of the room. However, I was concerned that people could look in through the gaps on the sides. Light even came through from the outside onto the bed from that gap in the window. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfasts. Everything was very clean.

I was staying at that location visiting family in Nashua. The location was perfect, just outside Nashua and near (less than 15 minute drive) from family, food and coffee and shopping.

This is the second time I've been to that location, both times I had a ground floor room that requires the opaque shades be fully drawn to guarantee privacy. A translucent curtain that allows some light to pass while limiting the view into the room would be a good improvement.

Bedroom was spotless!! Reception was friendly.

Charged me $100 security deposit. ?? when I first headed up to our room. The stairs were in desperate need of a good vacuuming and that kind of gives you a bad impression you start to wonder if the room you’re going to is going to be dirty, happily it was not!

Can’t get much better value for the price in the area, good size rooms, beds, tv. Rooms look like they were renovated recently and clean. The staff is very nice. There is even a small gym and laundry room.

The wifi could be better, sometimes cuts out and slow.

The breakfast was great and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating! They even showed me how to turn on the “juice” machine so I could fill my water bottle with cold water! It was a really nice hotel and I had a great experience!
