Great breakfast, good location

Hotel staff let my room go by mistake. They said they tried to get in touch with me but I was travelling. The card I used when booking had to be replaced because of a Fraud attempt. When they tried to process (a day before my scheduled arrival) the card was declined obviously. Rather than continue to try to contact me they said they cancelled the rooms (2 rooms were booked). THey did find accommodations however so all worked out OK. However they should have continued to try to reach me rather than cancel the rooms.

Very clean Great value Free breakfast was amazing Not near anything walking distance but Dunkin was two minutes away , and dominos pizza delivered to our door. Definitely will stay again, this is our last childs senior year in college and we live two hours away.

Would of really sealed the deal for us if there was a tavern or bar in or walking distance for appies and drinks. Other than that no complaints

Of course our stay started out great till the guy next door came in drunk around midnight slamming the door and yelling up the hall to his buddy. This is the same guy who couldn’t get up In the morning to shut off his alarm which rang for at least half an hour. I suppose this could happen anywhere but it ruined our stay.

Room was clean. Pool was nice and indoor which was as bonus. Free breakfast was worth getting up early for. Will return should we be in the area again. Thanks a bunch :)

Rug has mild mildew smell but not terrible. Bathroom has no lock on door which I guess is now more common placed.

Breakfast was good. It was busy though. Food was running out quickly and not being replenished as quickly since there was only 1 person working the area. Love that there was liquid hand soap in the rooms!!

Pillows were not comfortable. Ran out of conditioner. Pool water was a bit too warm.

Breakfast was wonderful! The "dining" room perfect, bright, spacious with plenty of seating. The fall decor was very attractive. The parking lot was well lit, I felt very safe walking around the property at dark.

The area designated for clothing storage looked like a wine refrigerator, took my husband a bit to realize that the racks were meant for storing clothing!

Good property, clean and big rooms. Good food options close by for breakfast and dinner.

Overpriced for being located where it is. We were visiting the white mountains for leaf peaking and it was a bit too far for that. With an hour's drive to that area, became a bit of a drag. Not sure why the prices were so high in this place.

Very good waffles. The mixed fruit bowl was not good. Fruit had started to ferment. Wonderful coffee!

Stayed a second night. Had to request a different room. The room looked clean but heat didn’t work properly and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Front desk promptly gave us a different room.

No extra bedding to add warmth to the bed

We were looking for a hotel the night before a flight out of Manchester Airport. The location was ideal. Close to restaurants and a gas station. It was quiet ,comfortable, and clean
