The staff is very kind and curtious. We had to arrive late due to to car trouble, the staff was very accommodating and quickly checked us in. The pool was exceptional, breakfast was great and I love that it had gluten free options. The rooms were very nice. The towels were so fluffy and white.

The elevators were not functioning properly. The hotel is also showing a lot of love and wear. That is beyond what the employees can do so I did not want to deduct points for anything.

We were very comfortable and even remarked a few times how this is exactly what modern hotels should be. The beds were perfect, everything was clean, and staff was generally really great. We felt safe.

I was charged earlier than promised, which caused a mix up with my payment cards. Was supposed to be charged when I was at the counter. The worker did his best to be helpful and said he would fix it, but it was not actually fixed. The deposit came off the correct card, but the room payment came off the wrong card. I decided to let it go and just move money around on my end, but I admit I'm a little irritated. Everything else was perfect.

Room was very clean, nice. Water station near elevator on the 4th floor was very convenient.

It would be nice if bathroom in our room had an extended make-up mirror, with one side magnified. Also, a jacuzzi or hot tub would have been nice as well as a free continental breakfast as most hotels do.

Loved the workout equipment in the room. Room was tasteful and spotlessly clean. Good WiFi and parking space. Food from the kitchen was good.

Staff was just ok. Not rude but not super friendly or welcoming. Some of the doors had keycard entries that did not work. Not much else to complain about.

Check-In was great! Tons of kids, but none noticed on our floor. In the morning, Connor went out of his way to assure we had coffee and were ready for our shuttle. The Shuttle driver was great. We left at exactly 4:00am! Staff made the hotel a positive experience.

The containers in the shower were either empty or didn't work right. The bedside clock was unplugged and not working. Leads to concerns of cleanliness due to these things being missed,

A squeaky clean place, about an hour away fron Boston Logan and a good alternative when you immediatly want to head out to NH. Comfy rooms.

The environment isn't good. I don't want to be asked if I want to buy recreational drugs on a hotel parking lot. Also, the interstate is very loud and while the interior is top notch, they should have spend some more on isolating the windows.

Close to a lot of restaurants/stores, close to the interstate, relatively quiet.

My stay was for 7 days and no one offered to clean my room.

Very clean, streamlined decor, close to airport and great parking and shuttle service. Like that the little bottles of shampoo are gone and more environmentally focused with large volume supplies. Nice to have some exercise equipment in the room. Staff were absolutely wonderful.

I loved how convenient it was and the location if need be there was restaurants within walking distance. Also the staff there was so nice and friendly it made the whole experience 100 times better. I will definitely be back.

Honestly I have no complaints or dislikes. Everything worked out perfectly during my stay.

Very nice sized rooms. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. The hotel is very quiet, even tho we had several Hockey teams there. Everything was very clean. We did not get to use any of the amenities since we took day trips to the surrounding areas. There is so much to do.

I have no complaints at all.
