Very modern clean facility. Festive holiday decorations. Room clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Bed and bedding were also very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options but very typical of the “help yourself” hotel kind of breakfast. Liked being able to park onsite which they tell you when you book however they don’t tell you you’re charged to park. $12 a night. Very reasonable and not a problem but some people might like to know for budgeting reasons. Building felt very secure needing your room key to enter from outside once checked in. Saw Security often walking the hallways. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

I would have rated higher about the “view” but there is “no” view. We were in the 2nd floor with windows facing the side of SNHU arena!! But in all actuality we weren’t there for the view.

Hotel rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic!

Vacuuming in my room was not done between my stay and the previous person’s stay. Blonde hair all over the carpet. Also, having to pay for parking and then the parking lot is completely full and we are unable to park our car on property was very frustrating. Hotel won’t refund the parking fee to you when this happens.

Nice room very clean lots of towels,comfortable bed,great TV channels to choose from,nice up-to-date decor. Very friendly staff. Throughout the whole place, there was a wonderful neutral fragrance including in the rooms. They must use a fragrance infuser in their central air system. Nice breakfast spread,hot and cold items to choose from. In the front lobby they had a very nice glass container with infused cucumber water. The day we got there they had Infused cranberry orange water yummy 😋 tasting. On site parking with a parking pass,front doors are locked at 10pm have to use Rm key to enter. Reasonably priced rooms. Great location very close walking distance to many restaurants.

Pillows were way to soft. Need a choice between firm and very soft. Bathrooms need a better ceiling fan system starting to get some mold spots on the ceiling and I hate to see that, considering the marriott is fairly new.

The breakfast room was very nice, clean and comfortable. lI would recommend hiring 2 people for the service jobs on heavy traffic days. The Food was hot and well cooked. Loved access to a laundry room. Well equipped studio room.Lovely walk in shower. Enjoyed the pool. Parking very convenient for special needs person.

We were very pleased with our stay.

Location was perfect for a concert. Breakfast buffet was decent, not great, but it did have many options. Room was spacious and clean.

Front desk receptionist's attitude was unappreciated as she was a bit snippy. Hotel charged us for parking and this was not expected as it was not indicated that we would be paying extra for parking.

Check in was easy and efficient. The bed was very comfortable! The heating/ac unit was very quiet! Bathroom/shower was great! I didn't really use it but the king bed studio room came with a kitchen/bar area; refrigerator, coffee/hot water pot, dishes, utensils, mugs, glasses, etc. The free breakfast selection in the morning was very nice and the area was kept restocked and clean.

Location to SMHU for PBR!!! The team was awesome, fabulous employees.

The parking valet workflow is ridiculous!! No fault of their employees nor the Marriott. We were already parked and they hunted us down like dogs…. No need for valet even with a sold out hotel, there was plenty of space. Someone didn’t plan appropriately, the bar was opening 3 days after PBR left the arena, missed opportunity…..

The facility was spotless and the staff is the epitome of service with a smile. It was a short walk across the street to my graduation ceremony which was extremely convenient. The lobby was decorated congratulating the class of 2023 from SNHU and even a free graduation gift was handed out to each and every student staying on property. This facility certainly made my graduation that much more special.

The pillows are extremely thin and uncomfortable, but the bedding and mattresses are great.

Standard Residence Inn experience: Rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty but nothing to go crazy about, everything was great but it is exactly what you'd expect from this chain.

There's nothing to do in Manchester, and winter nights don't feel safe, but this has nothing to do with the hotel!

The pool area was wet and slippery and my kid slipped ... towels everywhere
