Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were clean. Coffee available all day was greatly appreciated.

Limited choices for breakfast meat, sausage is all that was offered. Breakfast staff were not the most pleasant. Mini fridge in room froze everything even though it was not on high. Had to throw out food.

There was nothing we didn’t like. And I didn’t have a good opinion of holiday inn express just because I thought it wouldn’t be that great. No evidence or anythg. And it turned out it was excellent.

The breakfast had a good variety or items, the food was hot and replenished often. The area was very clean also

I was charged $20 when I got there but I cant remember why and it was to be refunded but it's been a month and the $20 is still pending on my account and hasn't been reimbursed

the hotel was full there were 3 ladies working the breakfast buffet They did a good job keeping everything available

Counter staff was very helpful. I needed a shuttle pickup Saturday night when I returned a rental car and at 5:30 am for my flight. They made sure I was taken care of

The staff was very helpful and nice, location was great, as well as the breakfast, the room was very clean and accommodating for people with disabilities that use a wheelchair. There was even a shower bench in the bathroom so my husband could take a shower. Wifi was easy to connect to.

I know this sounds silly but i thought the sink in the kitchenette was too tiny but i guess it allowed for more counter space. I have never seen such a tiny sink.

Thanks for letting me check out at 1pm instead of 11am. This allowed me to run the race I was in NH for and then return to my room and shower before driving home.

Water bottles purchased from the office were a little pricey at $3 each.

The room and bathroom is big and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and comforter were fort. Common areas also clean.

Very clean! The property location was right near everything but not too close to the down town. Very quiet also. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.
