I stayed her for one night for a concert at SNHU Arena. The hotel is boasting a brand new remodel and the room was beautiful! Very clean and fresh. The entire hotel was clean and new. The folks at the front desk were also pleasant. The distance to the venue was less than ten minutes driving down a single road. Super easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The gentleman who greeted me as I arrived remembered me from prior stays. He is so gracious and welcoming, and he accommodated my family’s every need. Such a gracious man.

The staff at breakfast is not the friendliest. They tend to sit at the tables to The right of the food service area and are not very approachable when you ask them to refill any food.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were clean. Coffee available all day was greatly appreciated.

Limited choices for breakfast meat, sausage is all that was offered. Breakfast staff were not the most pleasant. Mini fridge in room froze everything even though it was not on high. Had to throw out food.

There was nothing we didn’t like. And I didn’t have a good opinion of holiday inn express just because I thought it wouldn’t be that great. No evidence or anythg. And it turned out it was excellent.

The breakfast had a good variety or items, the food was hot and replenished often. The area was very clean also

I was charged $20 when I got there but I cant remember why and it was to be refunded but it's been a month and the $20 is still pending on my account and hasn't been reimbursed

the hotel was full there were 3 ladies working the breakfast buffet They did a good job keeping everything available

My husband likes home fries with breakfast Could put them out too?

Counter staff was very helpful. I needed a shuttle pickup Saturday night when I returned a rental car and at 5:30 am for my flight. They made sure I was taken care of

The staff were very helpful. The location is close to everything we needed. I really like the breakfasts.

Thanks for letting me check out at 1pm instead of 11am. This allowed me to run the race I was in NH for and then return to my room and shower before driving home.

Water bottles purchased from the office were a little pricey at $3 each.
