The staff at this facility is world-class. We were greeted promptly at check-in (very short line), which moved efficiently and with care. We received information about the hotel and its surrounding area, including a map with restaurant locations and other pertinent details. The lobby, elevators, fitness room, and our hotel rooms were clean. I'm very picky, and believe me, I checked every handle, the showers, toilets, and corners. The housekeeping staff did a great job preparing both our rooms. The area feels safe and is near a college with plenty of restaurants; there is also one on the ground floor of the hotel. Easy access to the freeway for shopping, outings, food, and more! The hotel has quiet hours, and we never heard any noise (our room was right across from the elevator). Clearly, great insulation and no complaints. We appreciated the warm breakfast with several options. The attendant for the breakfast area kept things immaculate and filled. Every crumb was immediately cleaned, and containers refilled. I have never seen someone so attentive to their job. Housekeeping was another plus. Rooms were cleaned, our items were respected, and we couldn't have asked for more.

Our only issue was a noisy AC. It was in need of repair, but we never made a fuss about it. Breakfast on Sunday was a bit disappointing so we picked up food outside the hotel. There are no laundry facilities on site so if you're traveling with kids, you'll want to prepare. No major complaints. Great hotel and amazing staff!

It was very clean

The front lobby reception lady was very rude this morning she should not be running the front end with the eye rolling and huffing, she gave me a huff when I asked where to put the room key and she rolled her eyes when I had trouble with the pancake machine not knowing it wasn’t filled yet. Everyone else was very pleasant we were room 306 in Manchester nh and I am not impressed with her there was another woman next to me who witnessed the whole situation and we did not stay for breakfast because of the rude front end woman I would get rid of her!!

The hotel was modern. Bed was comfy and whole place was clean! Had all the necessities (minus a Bar/Lounge and a sundries shop for small medications and toiletries etc... but) this sort of Good Basic Hotel has become common and is very affordable! Few staff i encountered were lovely. Breakfast was just enough. Halls and room were quiet! Free Parking outside the front door was super and even better was the fact that my car was cleared of snow after a light storm passed overnight. I am sick with a cough, had to be up and out early and was not looking forward to having to clean off my car! Thank You!!!! That was a truly special touch!

I didn't need it this time but, no small closet for a longer stay would be a frustration any other time. The Bath towels were a bit small and rough. The soap dispensers at sink and in shower are clever but not 100% perfect. They drip!! this makes a mess on the counter over time and makes the floor of the shower very very slippery!! could become a hazard.

I loved the shower, one of best I have experienced at a Hilton hotel. Loved the room darkening shade. Did not like the lack of a dresser in the room. I like to unpack, not live out of the suitcase. Would have liked a microwave in room. Room was large, so there was room for a dresser. They had hooks on the wall and no closet. Just a small space with hangers for clothes. Also no coffee pot in room. You had to go down and coffee at breakfast time. I like a pot in room for convenience in the morning. This was my first stay at a Tru Hilton. Not sure I would select this type of hotel again.

See above.

We stayed at the Tru hotel following a late night show we attended near by. The Tru hotel had one of the best price around town and is located nearby the highway, making it easily accessible. Plenty of parking and a great look had us happy with our choice

Rooms are a tad small but that is the basis of the Tru hotel setup. They are not excessively small but smaller than usual. Breakfast is available but is served quite early and ends early as well, so for folks coming in late like we did, we ended up missing breakfast sleeping in.

Sugar free options would be appreciated. For example, plain yogurt. Kodiak brand protein granola bars are low sugar and and 10 grams of protein in them. Mini muffins that are less like little cakes. Cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit toppings.

The price was higher than I would expect for a Tru. And I was charged for parking in an above ground lot that was mostly empty. I don't know of another hotel in Manchester that charges for parking! I haven't returned to stay again.

The hotel is centrally located and close to a number of good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and included all the amenities one would expect of this type of short-stay hotel. Coffee seemed to be available throughout the day, which is a nice touch.

Nothing significant. The store for snacks, etc. is expensive, and staff are nice but could be a little warmer. Breakfast is provided but might be a little fresher. That said I would still stay here again.

The location was very convenient. The hotel has a funky vibe and was pretty comfortable but the decor was a bit blah with basic furnishings and no wall decorations or floor rug/carpeting to diminish echo. The buffet breakfast was quite nice with an array of offerings. A coffee/tea/cocoa station in the lobby was available 24/7.

I thought the parking should have been offered to guests for free. But it was not bad at $8/day.

Friendly staff specially kitchen staff there were about 150 teenagers on a trip so breakfast line was very long but kitchen staff kept everyone happy and moving. Also we were a 5 am check in the day after Our reservation so I called and staff was excellent with making sure we were able to check in after 13 hr drive.

Bed was uncomfortable

Only had coffee

Just to be somewhat picky: At the restaurant, we had an evening meal (outside which was pleasant). I had a "cheeseburger" which could easily be characterized as chintzy. The meat was fine, tasty even, but the single, thin slice of American cheese was essentially melted into nothing - like it didn't exist on the burger at all. Pretty cheap offering for a Hilton hotel of any stripe. I would have expected more.
