The room was nice and clean and looks new. The location is excellent, close to the airport and a few eating options within less than 5 minutes walk, including McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts. It was good value for money.

Staff was not welcoming, pleasant or friendly. There were two male workers when I checked in, and they were both dressed in a plain white tee shirt, which looked so unprofessional and out of place. If that's their uniform, it certainly looks very cheap.

We were in a situation with car waiting on car repairs. Out of state. Stuck. The staff was exceptionally accomodating and courteous with us in working around our scheduling. Very ,very happy. The room was was clean, comfy. Good vending choices and nearby restaurants with delivery. Good place to be stuck. Thanks.

Staff was all excellent, they were very helpful and nice our whole visit. The elevator is out of date and needs work. The 11am check out was great and the breakfast goes till 10 which is great if you sleep in.

My only real problem was the curtains are completely see through and it is bright as day as soon as the sun comes up, for someone that works overnight and sleeps during the day that was rough.

Nice quiet staff friendly. They really helped me when I was in a bad situation. Even though technically they weren't supposed to.

That just because I lived in Manchester NH they wouldn't let me stay. If that was the case they really should put that on the website and also inform 3rd party sites about that. Lucky for me they did it anyway but with a $50 deposit

The staff checked us in no problem, they were polite and friendly. The room looked nice, I like the anesthetic. The pillows were like clouds and the bed was so firm. I honestly usually struggle to sleep in hotels, but I have no complaints here.

The walls were paper thin and you could hear others activities and conversations lol...

Could not beat the price. The location is perfect. Plenty of parking.

This place is not the most updated hotel out there. BUT they seem to be working on it. It takes time and $$. Maybe take down the protective glass at check in. Will seem a lot more welcoming. Our room had fresh paint and was clean.

The property was always clean, staff was friendly and it was in a good location that wasn’t too busy with traffic and sound while being in a prim location to many things!

The breakfast options weren’t as expected. Was hoping for some sort of hot options and all we had was cereal, coffee, toast and make your own oatmeal.

Good reception staff, like Jason. Good place, calm and easy to reach nearby makets.

Inside the room there is no place to hang or put the clothes on/in and there is No Kettle to get hot water . No deals for long stay

Breakfast offerings poor, very little offered. Fortunately Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's are right at end of parking lot.
