Great central location in southern NH. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kids ate free with Adult meal at attached restaurant (you have to ask for a coupon).

Mid-stay clean; the ONLY service was one small bag of trash removed. Wet towels not taken out of bathroom, no clean/dry towels left, no vacuuming despite obvious need, no new toilet paper in empty holder, bed not made…. and yet the staff that emptied the trash seemed to think this removal of the trash was worthy of the $5 tip I had left. I certainly did not!

Always stay here, close to the mall and shopping, the lady at the front was so helpful.

nothing about the hotel, just the booking.com charged us for a certain room, then told the hotel any room that's available. be careful with that. Fortunately the front desk was ablet to accommodate us to what we had expected to be in for a room.

Very clean smelled good, no hairs, easy to check in eat dinner at the diner (which dinner was not that great) maybe their breakfast is better. And easy to roll out of bed to get to the airport. Liked the free water upon arrival.

Nothing everything was simple and easy.

The gym and pool area was very clean 👌 hot tub was a blast! They also have a laundry room to do your dirty clothes. They had comfy pillows and bed and everything was clean and in order. Staff was very nice and we had this amazing upbeat worker help us!

The place was understaffed. Workers weren't always at the desk and somthimes the cleaning ladies wouldn't get to your room since it was understaff.

Friendly staff. Bed was super comfy. Conventional having a diner attached. Loved the transportation to the airport.

Only thing that was disappointing was not being told that when we returned from our trip it would be an hour wait to get back to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved that the Airport Diner was part of the hotel. We had lunch and breakfast there are the food was good. Staff there very friendly, too. Very convenient.

Wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel and its location.

The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. I had a late flight out, and the staff let us know about the late check out option, so I wouldn't have to spend hours in the airport. We checked out just in time to get me to the airport so I wouldn't have any wait at all. Thank you so much!

We had a bottle of wine that required a cork screw, and checked with the front desk, but they didn't have one. Definitely not a deal killer. We still love the Hotel, and will stay again. A cork screw being available would be a great touch in the future.

Don't list free breakfast if it actually is not included. That was one of the decisions for choosing the hotel when traveling with children

Had a cute little diner right on site and was very close to the venue we went to for a concert. A little sad that the pool wasn’t open because it was super hot but still ended up having a good time.
