The breakfast was great, it’s location was ok. Dining area is very nice.

I would tell everyone and anyone to bring their own snacks ice cream waters and drinks. The vending machines are absolutely outrageous. I paid 30 dollars for two waters, a hot pocket, 2 tiny ice creams and an ice cream sandwich. I was going to tell the guy never mind keep them and go to a store myself but he had such a hard time trying to find the prices in the computer and was also just a nice man and wasn’t about to give him a hard time for something that isn’t his fault. So I just paid it. But I was extremely angry at the price of the vending machines. 5 dollars for a regular WATER BOTTLE? come on

Breakfast was great. However, there were alot of guests travelling together from another country who may have been exposed to Covid and other diseases on the plane and everyone served themselves and handled the serving utensils and the waffle handle. My partner and I both got sick with an intestinal illness and I think there should be employees who serve the food so as to avoid the possibility of disease transmission.

You need live servers for the breakfast to avoid disease transmission .

The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and to my surprise had a kitchen area. The breakfast had a wide selection of items and the lobby quite comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Did not realize it was a pet friendly hotel (which is an amazing feature) but I would have requested a floor where pets were not present for this stay since I did not bring my pet

Facilities great, clean, modern. My son loved the ‘scrub mommy’. Comfortable bed. Easy booking and checking in. Breakfast included. Reception staff helpful. Lifts to upper rooms.

Fridge freezer in the suite was very loud and disturbed us to the point we unplugged it. Made reception aware when we checked out to look into it. Would have liked option of fresh fruit for breakfast (have a dietary need (no carbs allowed)).

The breakfast was excellent for both mornings. Food is delicious and services are great! Ms. Jennifer was very helpful to find us early check-in on Thursday as the weather was going to be worse as the day goes on. I really appreciate her help!!

There is some renovation going, so some noises ! But overall, it is a good experience!

Clean, modern, free breakfast & parking. Reasonable rates, nice staff and pool always clean and hotel quiet.

Rooms with guests that have dogs need to be deep cleaned after checkout as my last visit had guests prior to us and the whole room from fridge to bedding and countertops and floor was full of dog hair. Staff was nice to come clean room but that should’ve been done better before re-renting room.

Spacious, clean, good bed and shower. Kitchen with basic utensils. Ideal for a couple with a little kid. My wife and daughter enjoyed the pool.

There was no flexibility for early check-in, even though the hotel was far from fully booked, so I had to book an extra night to check in at 8 am on a Monday. Breakfast is quite bad, but that is the standard in most US hotel chains. At least they had some take-out options. Kitchen utensils were a bit limited, which made it tricky to cook.

Great breakfast, facilities, location, my kids loved the pool with warm water as well as the scrub mommy. The facilities are new and still being renovated, free parking, staff in general - Kudos to the ladies in the coffee room who are very kind and attentive!

Everything, the room was spacious and very clean. We had the king suite.

The fact there were no showers at the pool. Actually stopped me from using the pool as I would have to shower in the room before then walk out the pool wet and go back to my room to shower.

Cleanliness of the hotel really shined throughout the property. Staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. My dad left his room key in the gym answering the staff were quick to give him a replacement. Breakfast was good, we loved the the waffles and the variety of items.
