We loved how clean and spacious our room was. It was a very nice suite! My husband is disabled, I liked when I called to ask for a room in the main building with an elevator that they were able to honor our request. ☺️ Most of the staff was pretty nice as well.

we didn't like how the hallway to our room smelled like marijuana. the smell was so strong in our room that we couldn't sleep. when we went down to mention it, the front desk employee said well it is legal here in MA! And??? So are cigarettes which my husband is a smoker and made sure to smoke in the designated area. I guess everyone doesn't respect the rules. other than that we enjoyed our stay!

i liked the two bedrooms and kitchen, we went down for a concert. it was nice to only be a half an hour from boston and not pay boston prices, and the two bedrooms in one room made it so much better privacy wise and money wise. we didn’t end up having time to use the kitchen , but it was nice to have the option if we wanted to. i would recommend.

i didn’t like that it wasn’t one building. i only say this because it was raining when we went, but in the summertime in the warmer months i can see how that would be nice and how there is more room for the amenities to fit in and be used. my only other complaint was the breakfast spread wasn’t as big as i anticipated, the toaster didn’t work so the bagels weren’t able to be toasted there. we ended up eating in the room and toasting them there. however, my favorite part about staying in hotels is the breakfast, and as someone who loves a continental breakfast this was very underwhelming.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were super comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. Also, a bizarre situation emerged when the town of Tewksbury lost water for half a day. Yet, there was a slow yield of water coming in at Residence Inn despite the catastrophe.

The pool was out of commission and that was a bit of a bummer. However, they did offer a full refund if anyone still did not want to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean and ready upon our arrival.

The pool was closed the entire time of our 4 day/3 night stay. The pool was one of the reasons that I selected this property, so we were very disappointed. I saw nothing online when I made my reservation that indicated the pool would be closed during our stay.

My favorite hotel so far and I’ve been at like 10 over the past two months. It really felt like home. The staff are amazing, the guy that works over nights deserves a raise I’ve never met someone more accommodating, usually people working over night are not happy but he really went the extra mile making me feel welcome even at 3am. So did the two women working the desk. I really couldn’t have been more happy with my stay and I stayed at a sister hotel to this place the night before, but it didn’t feel like home like this place.

Location was perfect as it was right off the highway. Gas station with good supplies right in front of the Hotel. Also a restaurant and a fast food place in walking distance. Beds the most comfortable ever at a Hotel!!! Would be perfect for a long stay as kitchen has a full fridge, sink and even a dishwasher! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Food in the buffet was good.

Weather wasn't the best so never got to try out the pool.

Didn't end up having breakfast until we were leaving and just grabbed coffee and pastries to go.

The communications about housekeeping were confusing. The published version was that there would be no weekend service when there actually was on Saturday. As we had brought our dog, there was supposed to be a magnet to indicate that we had left him in the room, but there wasn't.

Breakfast was great, Our room was clean and nice. Dog friendly and our ENglish Mastiff enjoyed staying with us.

No parking when we arrived because another guest threw a whole party in their room. There were so many people showing up to this party and taking up all the parking spaces, and the amazing smell of weed that engulfed your sould as you tried to get to your room.

Property was very home like. Compound is very clean and outside the building looks really great. Staff were very fantastic, friendly and amazingly amiable. The breakfast staff and house keepers too.

The inside was not as great as outside. Some of the cabinets were coming loose and the sliding doors to bedroom was constantly jamming. Toaster oven was working off and on.

Having stayed at this location since the 80's i it's great to see a long overdue renovation. A big plus the property is Smoke Free. With a " designated smoking area" & a $500 Charge for not respecting property or the rules.

Not much to dislike, a very enjoyable stay
