The manager was very nice and understanding when my autistic 6yo wanted to get to the pool that was closed for maintenance for a couple of hours. She said that her own child is on spectrum too and she understands how deeply disturbing any disruption of plans can be for those kids. She extended our check out by 3 hours and offered to pick up free of charge any items from the store in the lobby.

This is an excellent Marriott Courtyard property -- expertly managed. Ultimate in cleanliness. Modern/updated. Excellent, clean pool. Great for pet/dog owners, as it's surrounded by expansive unused parking area making ideal for walks.

As with all hotels, it's best if pet fee is spelled out in the policy note on Booking.

We got a last-minute stay here, knocking the price down to our desired price range, and thought it was just fine. Not a true luxury place by any stretch, but well above average. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. It's safe and quiet, being somewhat remote from commercial strips (I suspect it's mostly used for businesspeople coming to conferences) but as there's a reasonably priced and spacious bistro-style restaurant off the lobby, which even has individual TVs in booths, you don't really need to be near the Applebees and McDonalds on a state highway. (The lunch or dinner menu was reasonable; the breakfast seemed quite pricy, so we went to a local diner for that.) On the whole, a fine experience.

the front desk manager Jared(?) was excellent. checked in quickly and came to our room to quickly repair the faulty thermostat. Also a huge thanks to the young man that was working the bistro counter Saturgay night, efficient and very pleasant, my grandaughter had a blast,

the pool could have been a tad warmer but that's a very minor gripe, We had a great time in the pool, nice and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Had a nice staff.

Rooms are not sound proof.One can hear conversations from next room,especially from the bathroom. Bathroom toilet did not flush well. Seemed like a broken toilet. There is no freezer in the fridge,just a fridge.

The staff were friendly

The doors to the rooms were very heavy. As a result, they slammed and made a lot of noise each time people entered or exited their rooms. We were wakened several times during the night from the noise in the hallway, especially because the of all the slamming doors.

Room was comfortable and bed Pillows were great.

We thought breakfast prices were high with only 1 person working, the line seemed too long. So we decided to spend our money at a mom and pop restaurant.

When I first arrived to check in I already kind of knew it would be a very nice experience. (I hope it’s ok to name names.) Jared checked us in and he was so friendly and helpful and it went very quickly he was just the best and when we saw him again walking by he said hello again. All the staff was very nice. Also I just loved my room it was fantastic and we had some trees by the window which I like. I could go on but basically we just had a great time.

I have nothing to complain about!

Check in and out were both very easy. The room was neat and comfortable. The coffee is the bistro was excellent.

The room didn't have any menus for the bistro or information about the surrounding area (restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, etc).

Breakfast. They are totally understaffed; expect to wait for ages. Better go somewhere else to eat.
