The nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. No contest. It was a beautiful tiny apartment, a sweet with a separate bedroom and TVs in both rooms. It was immaculate. Beautiful lighting. A stove on which I cooked my dinner. And the breakfast was better than I've ever had. And I was able to take it back to my room. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wishes and needs. The concierge even went so far as to locate a grocery store for me. I will be staying here every time I go into the area.

The only thing was it was a long walk to my room. But I didn't mind that. And I would have liked to have gone into the outdoor pool. Next time.

Christina Russo was very kind and helpful, I asked Christina about a room that was in a quiet area she had picked a room that was very accommodating.

The room was nice a few things I did bring to Christina's attention the furniture was dusty, the glass sliding door was off track which is dangerous, the carpet smells like cigarettes, draft under windows which let heat out. Christina offered me another room I declined due to being very tired and it was only for a night.

The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in to check in. This was a surprise birthday weekend of fun for my son, turning 16 on the 15th. We were made to feel like this was a special occasion that they celebrated with us as well. Hearing we had to teenage boys, our room was upgraded at check in. The 2 bedroom suite was very nice and spacious! We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning. My son and I always love the waffles and, unfortunately, this hotel did not have those as an option. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in or through this area.

The beds were not very comfortable. A little stiff for our liking.

"Hyatt Hotel, you've truly hit the high notes! Your exceptional service, lavish amenities, and warm hospitality have left us beaming with delight! You're already shining bright, but to take it to the next level, consider adding a weekend shuttle driver to your team - even just half a day would make a world of difference! It's the perfect opportunity to fine-tune your already impressive offerings and make your guests' experiences truly seamless. Keep up the fantastic work, and we can't wait to return!"

Excellent location! We stayed there for a soccer tournament and it was easy to get to the highway. Room was great! It was nice to have a full kitchen as well as a living room. We didn’t feel cramped at all. Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Breakfast was good. Lots of different options. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Everything was great. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a good choice of hotel, near lots of shopping and retail but also close to the historic American Revolution areas (Lexington and Concord). The suite had a great layout, with plenty space and excellent facilities. The breakfasts were simple but hot and regularly refreshed. Overall, we were very impressed by this hotel.

There was no safe in the room (or we didn't find one anyway!). A minor issue and if we had been more concerned we would have asked at reception.

Overall a great stay, room was clean, very nice and equipped with all toiletries needed. Love the kitchenette/suite set up. Kitchen stocked as well..Perfect for stay with family members. The free breakfast served was good and always a plus during your stay. Right down the street from a shopping plaza, we were able to walk to starbucks. Only about a 25 min drive to Salem where we spent most of our days. Checkout was at 12pm which was very helpful.

Hotel parking should be free and included with stay since it's their own large parking lot. There's no other option of course because it's not located near street parking. One of the dryers did not work during my cycle and the clothes were left wet which delayed my check out and time to leave. Thankfully the front desk was accommodating. House keeping did not come in and clean between stays, only once we left. I had to keep waving people down to ask for supplies such as garbage bags, and leaving things in the hallway to dispose of etc.

the cleaness

when they ask to pay for parking... I mean a ridiculous amount compared to a night price at this hotel so it gives the idea of a very cheap treatment. And more: they are in the middle of nowhere, not in a city center so why asking to pay?

The room was big and very comfortable, actually it was two rooms plus a kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was not fancy but was very nice and plentiful. It was all just super relaxing and exceptionally clean and nice. I wouldn't normally pay as much money for a hotel room, but I don't regret a cent of it. The staff were also extremely friendly, nothing felt forced. We didn't end up using the pool or gym, if there had been more time we would have loved that, too. The location was central to the activities we had planned for the weekend, so that was a plus as well.

What could have been better? I really can't think of anything except if the rates were lower, I would have happily stayed a further night or two! Next time we want to splurge, I wouldn't hesitate to book rooms here again.
