As an electrician I can tell you that all those lamp receptacles are loose as could be they're in great shape they don't look like they've been abused they're just poorly made the plugs weren't tight from the beginning I bet been doing this for 40 years small stuff I know it must be impossible with that kind of volume keeping receptacles tight and USB available and operational maybe a multi headed harness with all the popular types of cord. So that they don't need their chargers. It didn't affect my stay, I brought my own back up thing.

Good food for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with helping with my card rekeying it for me. I liked the location of the room quiet. Close to my training. Lots of options of food nearby. Free wifi is great.

Breakfast could be longer times for some that like to sleep in. Hot tub didn't work the 1st night. Keycard kept not working. Staff was very helpful. 1st night resturaunt next door was closed for dinner. Wifi signal could be stronger.

The staff was very helpful, the hot breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. There was a coffee and hot chocolate station in the lobby at all times, and a microwave. The hotel was super clean and smelled delicious. The area was accessible, with quick access to avenues and nearby dining and shopping options.

The walk-in shower, the breakfast, the room set-up was awesome, the beds and pillows, the a/c , and location was convenient.

The price was insane! Over $330 per room for one night and we booked 2 rooms. The pancake machine was broken, and our kids had to be on a different floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well taken care of

First night must have been waiting on delivery truck some items low or out. Tv had 12 channels that either cane in or not. It would not stop me from using them again

The hotel was spotless, the staff VERY accommodating, and the room very comfortable. For once, the bathroom soap/conditioner/lotion containers were clean and operated as they should without falling off the walls.

Everthing as expected. Personnel nice at reception, very clean rooms and comfortable. Good breakfast with nice staff that ensures there is always hot food and coffee, in addition to someone cleaning the tables when someone leaves.

My son was disappointed that the Spa was not functional during our stay.

The dispenser for the flavored cream was difficult to pump and very little cream came out when you did pump.

Melony from the front desk was very helpful. I did problems with Booking.com, and she resolve the problem. She is great. She even gave me a better price than Booking.com. Thank you again Melony. :)

If I have to make some draw backs, I notice some things in the bathroom that need some work. The door nob from the inside is very loose; maybe old. I am concern someone could get looked in. I not sure if fan is working in the bathroom, the water steam set off the fire alarm.

Located in a parking lot is not my favorite place to stay! The hotel needs an overall renovation. But it was ok. Breakfast choices were good.

The desk chair in our room had a torn arm that looked ugly.
