Came in from an Uber from the Transit Center and the Logan Express Bus to Woburn. Morning arrival after taking a Red Eye from California, so I was just hoping to dump my bags and chill out. However Sam the Front Desk Manager was able to check me in and upgrade my room for being a Bonvoy member. He was a life saver! I was able to enjoy the breakfast, shower, take a nap before resuming my day all before noon. It truly made my stay incredible. Awesome location. I hadn't been to the Boston area in over 20 years and I would choose this Residence Inn again.

Perhaps offer the shuttle van to/from the Transit Center in the morning. Hours are only in the afternoons for now based on staffing.

I want to say I traveled with my mother and two children 9 yes old.from NY I thought it was going to be difficult but the staff there were AMAZING!! GAIL, Neilish, and Steven went out of their way to help me in different situations . And so happy to do so. I felt safe sending the kids down to speak with staff if they wanted to get stuff at the shop. That was so important to me to feel comfortable with the kids in a nice environment and they nailed it in every way.. thanks to you guys you made our trip better honestly

The garbage was not picked up on a daily basis.

The staff were absolutley wonderful! They seemed to genuinely care about your comfort and hapiness during your stay. Our room wasn't big, but just the right size for 4 people. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes. It also had a full size fridge, a microwave, cook stove, coffee maket, and dishwasher. We enjoyed the amenities.

Four of us stayed in one room, this is a small thing, but the bathroom was very small, with no vent fan in the bathroom.

This property was super clean and the employees were friendly. Had a really good breakfast selection. We stayed in a one room suite and it was a decent size. Elevators were easily accessible.

The location is a bit far from everything in the city and the commuter rail is kind of inconvenient. We drove into the city on two days to avoid having to use it.

Bfast was decent staff was super nice rooms were quiet shower was hot walkable to Woburn express. Property was clean.

pool was a bit too chlorinated. Free shuttle was only 3-7 (might be off on the hrs a bit but they were weird hrs) wish they had a check out one to the Woburn express but it was walkable. Beds were small and a bit too soft for my liking.

The desk staff was very friendly and efficient and our room was comfy, although I would have loved to have been able to book a king suite, we are too big to share a queen! The bathrooms are roomy, linens soft and pillows fluffy. Breakfast was full of wonderful choices, all hot and fresh. We needed a few supplies and the location was super convenient for all our needs. A very nice stay.

Friendly and super helpful staff. The suite was nice, with two big, separate rooms.

We got the room on the first floor, next to the associates' and cleaning service rooms, and it was NOT as quiet as it should have been. We got the accessible suite, which was a bit not ok for us.

Perfect for our needs with kitchen and separate bedroom. Comfortable, clean, warm. Kids loved swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful. Good location and mini bus available. Would definitely stay again.

One busier day breakfast was low.

The breakfast was decent with your typical bananas, oranges, and apples. The biscuits were hard as rocks. I normally just eat oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, & a toasted bagel. The hotel was clean and comfortable.beds were comfortable.

Breakfast food could be prepared with more care, thought & consideration. Internet is free but slow and not secured.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, especially when we stayed more than two nights and they kept it clean. really clean for us, even loaded dishes in the dishwasher while we were out and made beds and sat our grandson's stuffy up on the pillow, it was so clean compared to other hotels!
