Lovely and spacious suite with plenty of room for all my needs. Kitchen facilities very good, and bed was very comfortable.

Common areas (hallways, elevator etc) feeling dated. Disrupted sleep due to family making loud noise from floor above (children running). Breakfast basic with a minimal selection, though tasty.

I enjoyed the food selections at breakfast and also during the "happy hour". I was watching what I was eating while there in Billerica/Burlington, Mass., and there were enough options for me to have a full breakfast. Also, the grounds outside the hotel were relatively scenic too for me to take walks in the mornings. And lastly, the front desk help on the night I arrived were super helpful. One of the women recommended a great carryout food place (Pizza Mia). She also upgraded my room to a two-room suite. It was wonderful and a great place to relax after a travel evening via flight and Lyft. Thank you for a great stay!

I liked the suite style stay, that was great for my family and others we were traveling with.

The breakfast leaves much to be desired, especially for children. There were no pancakes or waffle options, things weren't labeled so it's unknown if the mystery shredded meat was chicken or pork. An additional toaster would be great to help move things along. The tables in the lobby/breakfast area have this odd film on them which leaves you feeling sticky and the chairs are worn leaving your back a bit ruff.

The room was excellent. The staff were great. Everything was great except the breakfast. The home fries were room temperature. The breakfast mystery meat was hideous. The adjoining tables and I all agreed. The meat(Whatever it was)was cold and tasted bad. The serrated butter knife wouldn’t cut through it. Fortunately. (Or unfortunately) I had a Swiss Pocket knife that I shared with the table next to me cut through the meat. Everything else was great.

Our rooms were able to be close together, however the king suit when entered smelled of someone previously smoking in the room. The staff were quick to change the location of the room, however it was very far away, My Mom had to go down one elevator to walk to a different elevator then go back up. We appreciated the change of room, but it was a bit inconvenient.

The room, bed, shower, toilet, etc. were just what we wanted. The breakfast was so-so. Parking was good. It was quiet which is good.

I would rather have had the sink next to the bath/toilet closed off from the bedroom by a door, so that the person sleeping in the bed wouldn't be disturbed by the goingson there.

The breakfast was very good, better than most breakfasts included with stay. We were very surprised and pleased. A good assortment of whatever you wanted.

We had a room for 5 so it would be nice if there were enough towels for that many provided at check in. Also Housekeeping only comes every other day which is fine but the linens and coffee should be stocked accordingly. Front desk is helpful, but you might not be able to get what you need right away

The stay was nice, I was very close to where I was working on this trip. I had a great king size bed with a room that had a kitchenette as well. The staff was friendly and were willing to help at the late hours I was coming and going from the hotel.

The location for getting food was a little frustrating because of how far away any fast-food was to the hotel. This shouldn't be a problem for anyone else who is there working normal hours.

Breakfast is decent, the room spacious for 2 . The fact that you have all the amenities in the room is definitely a good plus.

Building was nice, staff friendly, location was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was great for family of 3. Got a room with separate bedroom from livining room very nice. Had a stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen area was good to have.

Pool was not heated, but this was very minor. Location was near a shooting range, but very minor to me.
