I liked that they had plain scrambled eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. I was disappointed that there was no gluten free options for toast, bagles or muffins, etc. But, it was nice that I could buy a ham and cheese sandwich my first night at the snack shop when nothing was open in the area for food. Even though it wasn't gluten free, I was able to use the ham and put it on some gluten free bread I had brought with me. It was a real life saver. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated being allowed to check in early before the 3 pm stated time.

Gluten free toast and baked goods would have enhanced my breakfast experience. Herbal tea is a must for me at night and I was surprised that none was offered.

The breakfast had a good variety of food & the food service ladies were friendly & accommodating. Martha, the young woman at the front desk, went out of her way to be helpful to us & show us where to walk to get to Jimmy’s pizza. We had a 2.5 yr old with us & she made sure we didn’t walk on the main road. She was very friendly, kind & helpful. Please award her something for being an exceptional employee.

We stayed in Room 111. It was clean but it didn’t look like the toilet had been cleaned.

Breakfast was a good selection. I didnt know how to use the pancake machine and there is not a place to put your tray as you put food on your plate causing the tray to spill. I liked the selection of soaps in the bathroom

Stay could have been a little friendlier. On weekday mornings the truck place next door made a lot of noise- back up beeping, metal banging etc. The bathroom corners were not clean.

My husband just broke his hip and needed a room with a walkin shower. The staff were VERY accommodating getting us a room on the ground level, near the handicapped entrance, and room with a walkin shower and shower chair. It was better than we expected! And breakfast? YUM! Hot items (eggs, sausage, pancakes), fruit, yogurt, breads/muffins, and cereal. GOOD coffee and tea plus juices. Oh! And YUMMY cinnamon rolls. All just great! And plent of staff keeping things stocked up and clean. All good!

Location was convenient but not scenic and nighttime was a tad noisy. Nothing horrible and very manageable.

The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the location- we were a comfortable distance from visiting family in Nashua and had access to enough places in the area to eat/entertain ourselves when we weren't all together. The hotel/room was also very clean. We got a double queen room and (though a bit cramped) it was adequate for our weekend getaway. We would book here again!

I do wish the pool had better hours. Our 10 year old was most excited for the pool and we ended up having to plan our day around the availability of the pool hours (which are limited).

The room was clean, not too far away from the entrance and exits, which was good for my husband, who is disabled. The morning front desk staff was very helpful, and the breakfast buffet staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We reserved a room with one king-size bed with a sitting area. When we arrived, the front desk clerk assigned us to a 2 queen size bed room with no sitting area without advising us of the change. This was inconvenient and disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and very confortable.

I tried to use the electric charger for my EV and had some doubts about it. The front desk guy didn't help much arguing that chargers was provided by a third party. I think they should know the basics or at least have a guide on how to use it.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. I’m grateful that the hotel allows pets. Love the pool and the open lobby. We are visiting our other son and his family, and it’s great to have a space to get together. The location is very convenient.

I wish there as a suite do we could share a room with our son who often travels with us instead of paying for a separate room.

The bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional, especially Carmen our housekeeper! Went out of her way to make our stay great by getting us a bottle opener from the kitchen! Appreciated the washer and dryer!!

Large airy room with excellent wi-fi and air conditioning. Good elevator service. Breakfast on 2 of 3 mornings. Tasty assortment of essentials, but could be accompanied by better. more substantial plastic utensils.

Breakfast on Sunday morning. No oatmeal, strawberry jam, lucky to get last piece of white bread for toast. Desk clerk's disappearance on our arrival for check in. Had to wait more than 10 minutes.
