The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was not bad compared to other hotels. Check in and check out were quick. It was located right near a gas station so easy to fill up my car. The lobby and parking lot were well lit. I didn't feel like it was an unsafe place to stay.

It is a bit outdated and needed maintenance. The shower curtain needed to be replaced since it was fraying. Also the walls had obvious spackle covering holes. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken but the security bar was in place.

Great breakfast! Room was very nice. This is one of the best motels I have stayed at.

We arrived about 9 pm, and the only thing we were very uncomfortable with was the loitering and smoking in front of the main entrance door. A group of 8-10 people standing around, barely moved to let us go through to the door. A side patio designated for smoking and lounging would be much better.

Location was very convenient and parking was easy. Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

The floors were oddly sticky everywhere and breakfast was good, but we prefer to choose our food items ourselves rather than have them be chosen by the breakfast attendant.

I arrived earlier than my check-in time. They had the room ready and allowed me to check-in without having to wait an hour at the lobby.

Breakfast was great, they have many options. Very clean place, warm rooms, most clean Best Western Hotel what I saw before. Nice stuff working. Absolutely recommend this hotel. Great location, everything 5 min around. If you driving car-bonus gas station 100 feet from hotel:)

Easy check-in, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

It is not walkable to/from downtown Lowell but Uber was available and reliable.

Found it odd that hotel staff were serving breakfast, you couldn't get your own. I'm sure it's still part of covid protocol, but most hotels have gone back to normal.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed and stocked. The food was very good. I would absolutely recommend!

It was close to the event that we attended and the staff was very friendly the room was clean and neat and very comfortable
