The room was much better than we expected. The room was very clean. Carpets, room , bedding looked like they were recently done over. We chose this property because it was closest hotel to a wake and funeral we were attending. Check in time is 3:00 pm We arrived @ 1:00 pm due to severe weather that was forecasted that day. We were allowed to check into our room early and get ready for the wake when we advised them of the situation..

They don’t offer breakfast but there were several places to eat a couple of blocks away

The place was very clean the room smelled very good.

The bed was not as comfortable at my last stay the bath tub was clogged The pool was very dirty 😏 depending on who's at the front desk customer service was ok.

the location was perfect to my daughter college the view of the water was amazing and it was last minute booking so the stay was amazing the staff was great even though I didn't attend the music and bar was great vibe you could hear through the hotel but it was a good vibe

The location was great for those visiting Boston with a car. The room was spacious and conformable, the AC worked well. The room was clean enough, especially considering the prices in the region - I mean, you can see that the building will need a serious cosmetic maintenance soon, but the beds were clean and super comfortable and the bathroom was clean too - we didn't mind somewhat less shiny walls and corridors. Having a lake right outside your windows is bonus too. In general, the neighbourhood seemed calm and safe.

For the price we paid, we cannot really complain at all... The common areas and the room floor and walls might need some maintenance, but if you come here only to sleep, that doesn't bother at all.

The location could use some cleaning up. It seems like a run-down part of town but great service in bar restaurant. And many choices less than 3 miles up the road.. The lake view from the room was great. Loved the patio to sit outside, if you don't mind goose crap all around. But that's expected if you live on a lake. I would go back here with wife.

The smoke detector kept going off in my room after I took a shower & it was a bit annoying I forgot to tell the front desk about it Maybe it needs a new battery

I really enjoyed the staff as they were very accommodating and very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed because part of the experience is the customer service and everyone was more than forthcoming.

That I couldn’t get an upgrade complementary without paying ridiculous amount of money after i stayed there 3 times did prior week.

I thought this property was the cutest! A lot of people kept mentioning how dated this place is but honestly, that was my favorite part about it! Staff were super nice as well!

My only issue was that I had a little trouble with the hotel room door but once I got the hang of it, I was good to go!

The front desk young man (unfortunately I didn’t know his name) was absolutely amazing human and professional one. He made the difference. All the other staff were great and nice, but he was efficient and supportive.
