Boston is very expensive city, when I was looking for place to stay, everything was so expensive. I booked Red Roof Inn 4 months ahead. And I am so happy I did it. Everything was just great

Location was good, but because it’s HWY you can go only right, and if you need to go left, need to make a turn on HWY. Other then that, location was good. Of course if you want to stay in downtown then it’s a bit far. But great park beside :)

My friend and I are live music lovers, so discovering the bar near by playing music was a bonus for us. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

I don't have any opinion of anything negative.

The location is almost equidistant between Salem and Boston, which was very convenient for our trip. They don’t serve breakfast but we found an AMAZING donut place a short drive away. We would not have found Kane’s Donuts, if this location had served breakfast, so I think in all, it was a win! The staff was amazingly friendly, and never failed to greet us, whether coming in the door or coming off the elevator. I would happily stay here again.

My only real complaint was the craziness of Massachusetts traffic! Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit harrowing and nerve racking some days.

Another quest had a dog with them and it wasn't on a leash and when they got out of the elevator it approached my dog who snapped at it. All pets are supposed to be on a leash but it didn't seem to be enforced.

Tiny bathroom. The floating price can be ridiculous sometimes. The night I stayed charged $350 for a King bed room

The staff was outstanding extremely friendly and great eye contact and were genuine with their responses I must highlight the front desk clerk she was amazing and absolute hard worker and should be recognized for her long hours that she puts in and dedication to the company

I would suggest to put A new electric outlet located at the sink as the iron would not stay plugged in and kept falling out of the outlet. The USB ports on the nightstand between the beds also we're not working.

What I always notice at a business is if the staff greet you every time I walked in I was greeted it did not matter what time if they were customers phones ringing they greeted everybody that goes very far with me

The heat in the AC unit in the room should have been replaced it worked but not like it should have they only last a couple years I used to install these years ago when I was a kid

It was clean and comfortable. I will stay again

There was no breakfast also the room that I was in I couldn't sleep I was on the first floor facing the highway the noise from the traffic didn't let me sleep next time I go I prefer a second floor on the opposite side.

nice hotel

lobby vending not working right lost 2.50. front desk lady reimbursed me out of her own money 6:45 am no coffee, had to tell front desk desk lady. had to wait wait for coffee. no excuses for this
