We stayed in this hotel twice, after landing in Boston 2 nights and again 2 nights before leaving. And this place is really great to reach from airport by the Blue Line. Also you can go to Boston City with this line. The beach is just across the street what makes the stay fantastic, just have a walk or quick bath in summer. If we come again to Boston we will choose this hotel again. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The breakfast is as usual in many US hotels. In contrast to what others said during our stays staff continuously filled it up. For Europeans the note, as always only disposable tableware was offered, bring your own with you to avoid waste.

During our first stay the pull-out sofa had such a thin mattress that we needed to put other blankets on it to sleep without feeling the metal springs too much. During the second stay pull-out sofa had a normal mattress. Breakfast can get very busy and people rush on and out, but none cleans the tables. It would be good to have some dish clothes available to do so on one's own.

The location, hotel and facilities was amazing. So convenient for travel into the city too

Some smaller issues of dust in the room. The table between three beds hadn't been pulled out and hoovered as rubbish was there also we had to locate all the plugs for lights and plug in, which is why I found the dust. I was there for 7 nights and although individually each meeting with the team was OK, they had seen my face, but no interaction from their part. I did, however, really appreciate the manager on the last day not charging for my late checkout. Maybe breakfast items should be changed during the week.

The pros include a convenient transfer from the airport (there is a train station near the hotel), a location by the ocean, a 100% clean guestroom and air conditioning, and a delicious breakfast.

The cons are the inconvenient design of the room (but looks nice!) where the bathroom's glass door is and its location directly opposite the bed. So, the light and water noise wake up a second person at night. The shower door leaks water into the bathroom floor. Toiletries such as shower caps, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are not provided. Next, the breakfast time is too short: if you come at 9:00 AM, you risk being without breakfast. Also, I saw a mouse in the lobby (hope, it was a random mouse from the street). Last but not least: we didn't receive any instructions regarding breakfast, wifi, pool, etc. Just only received the keys.

The hotel is beautiful, new and very comfortable. The location is excellent, near the beach, not far from both Salem and Boston. You can take the blue line just outside the train to go downtown Boston, very convenient. The hotel is huge with a great restaurant, a swimming pool and gym. The room is spacious, very clean and with all the comforts you need. Staff is nice and check in and check out was fast. I highly recommend this property.

The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. I know there is a Starbucks on site, but the complimentary breakfast would be great if it had more variety.

The front desk clerks were very kind and patient with all my questions. They always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was hot and yummy. Our room (queen suite) was plenty big for four people to sprawl out after a long day in Boston. It was nice to be able to walk barefoot bc you knew the room had been cleaned. The blue line, train/subway, was about six minutes by foot. That was most convenient. There was some kind of graduation/wedding/celebration going on while we were here. And while it was definitely lively in the lobby and restaurant, we couldn’t hear anything in our room. We loved it here.

The location was amazing! Literally steps from the bus and train to Boston & Salem!

A couple of staff members were rude. Not all but enough to make an impression.

Front desk staff Sarah was extremely kind and helpful! The pool is not huge, but has a great size and fun to use. Location directly behind the train station and at the beach is perfect. There is a free shuttle to the airport. Even though the airport is close-by, you don’t hear the planes flying by in the rooms! Rooms are very clean and modern! The tv is huge and moveable, so you can watch from bed or sofa.

We had a room, where we wanted to use the sofa as one of the beds, unfortunately we had to make that ourselves. Due to it being Marathon Weekend the hotel was very crowded. This resulted in breakfast being a little stressful. There wasn’t enough seating space, and morning staff did not open up more rooms. Further, the first morning coffee and food was not refilled, even though it was still 15 minutes till the end of breakfast.

Perfect location aside that it was a bit of a drive away from Boston but I loved that it was there by the beach, next to restaurants with one inside. There is a niiicee seafood place behind the hotel w Ross, family dollar, walking distance and drivable. oh, even better that theres the T right behind the hotel w a convenient store! Hotel was pristine and love the customer service and breakfast.

Customer service was wonderful. The view and upgrade we received to meet our needs was graciously accepted. The view from our room was stunning. The addition of Starbucks within the hotel was a nice touch.

Although the people who were running the breakfast area were polite and kept the area very clean, the logistics were off. People could not properly maneuver in the L shaped area. It needs a small two-sided buffet for the hot foods to meet the needs of the people. Although it was out of control of the hotel, the amount of food people were grabbing demonstrated a lack of consideration for others.

The hotel was perfect, location from the Blue line made it easy to access transportation to / from airport and Boston. Room was very quiet, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was goods and having Starbucks in the lobby added a nice touch. Mission beach house food was very good. I will return for sure. 5 Stars!!

Got off the blue line and arrived on the plaza by Starbucks, there is absolutely ZERO signage pointing to the hotel entrance. We then took the elevator back down on the beach side and found the pool but still nothing pointing to the lobby. It was 30 degrees and towing kids and luggage, I finally called the hotel and they told me to go back up and enter by Starbucks. I would add a sign on the second level pointing to the lobby for ease of travellers coming off the train.
