This was truly a great stay that was affordable, funky, and provided a comfortable bed and bathroom. While the room was small, the mattresses were wonderful—fabulous towels and an excellent shower. While the upper bunk was a little bit funky, it worked for our needs (our teen daughter slept in the overhead loft/bunk). The bathroom was unique with glass doors, but again, very functional, clean, and it fit the bill. I was hesitant to book a room that didn't offer breakfast, but I was blown away by how beautiful the lounge is, which features an incredible coffee bar and a refrigerator for guests to store their own food. Outstanding staff- very friendly and helpful. Parking is right behind the lodge, and it's affordable and safe. Overall, I felt that the room was well worth the price. We'll be coming back!

I absolutely loved this hotel! I have to confess we only stayed for one night, but they allowed us to check in earlier than expected. They even contacted me beforehand to let us know our room would be ready ahead of schedule, so of course, we took the opportunity. The hotel is right in the heart of Beverly Hills, so you'll find plenty of dining options and things to do nearby. I highly recommend it! The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything was impeccable. They have a small reception area where you can grab a coffee late at night or get purified water—everything is lovely! Honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer. Congratulations to the team—it's a beautiful hotel! For those traveling by car, there’s a public parking lot just behind the hotel. It’s only $4 for the whole day, and after 8 PM it’s free. Sundays are free too, so parking is never a hassle. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. I 100% recommend this hotel!

It's a very small hotel with only 12 rooms on one floor. It's not part of any major chain & is locally owned so I'm happy I stayed there! The Staff were super friendly and the accommodations were small but totally functional and super clean! It was perfect because we wanted to stay right down town so we could be within walking distance to everything especially the theatre where we saw a show. Parking is just behind the hotel & super reasonable.

Well the room was small but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. They did offer to upgrade us to a larger room without charge but we needed 2 beds so we had to take the smaller room with the Queen Bed & the Twin Bunk Bed Loft

The location is perfect, the lodge is great, the staff is epic, more on that. The only reason i gave a couple less points is that all of the rooms are super small. Read 3 people = 1 couple, and a 5" human that climbs up an iron ladder. When i saw the above, considering options, the guy at the frontdesk was super helpful and kind with getting me the adjacent room. And then, and not all of the story, he also helped me when i locked my self out of my room.....oy!!!!

The only things i didn't like were...honestly items that i could have avoided, size of rooms etc. Location, cleanliness, all of the above are over the top. I stayed at a place in Edinborough, Scotland it reminded me of. Only what i needed...no space for anything else. Its good.

The Cabot Lodge is within walking distance of the Cabot Theater and many great restaurants. The rooms are indeed petite but simple and elegant. And spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The staff has thought of everything: complimentary seltzer water and sweet and savory snacks in the room; a white noise machine; and a common area/ lounge with a sofa, chairs, tea, coffee, microwave, and small fridge (for cooling your beer and wine). We will definitely book at the Cabot Lodge again the next time we're seeing a show at the Cabot Theater.

Revo at the front desk was beyond helpful and made us feel exceptionally welcome and accommodated all our requests with a genuine smile. Highly recommended this establishment if you are in the area. Absolutely beautiful place with a touch of technology blended in. Very comfortable and convenient to downtown attractions.

Would enjoy having some area to sit and visit inside the room. Used the coffee lounge right outside our room but was afraid we were maybe bothersome to other guests. Quite literally, the only thing I would change.

We were immediately and warmly greeted by the owner. We appreciated her friendliness and personal communication with us. The hotel and room were both exceptionally clean and inviting, we were super comfortable in the quaint space. There were so many thoughtful touches from the sound machine in the room to the complementary snacks, to the machine that dispense is not only hot water for tea or coffee, but cold water or sparkling water. The entire place was spotlessly clean.! Thank you so much for fantastic stay. This place is only 2.2 miles from the heart of Salem and well worth the short drive.

First off, the location of the property was perfect for our October Salem trip. Only a short 5 minute drive from there. The staff were incredible. Treating my 5 year old daughter like one of their own. Everything from coffee shops and restaurants to specialty shops were right outside the door. Really comfortable bed with a bunk bed over the bathroom. Smaller room compared to your typical chain hotel, but so much cleaner and put together. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Breakfast was not provided but several breakfast facilities were just around the corner - <2 mins walk. But coffee/tea/water etc was available on the premises 24:7. Rooms comfortable, clean, bathrooms good, rooms quirky in a really lovely way.. Hosts extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful. Very convenient location in Beverley.

Booking.com sent me an e mail with a hot link for [email protected] seeking my e mail, tel etc so as to send joining instructions. I responded with relevant info but that e mail did NOT go directly to [email protected]. It went to booking.com who replied with an inaccurate response. You must ask customers to "stick and paste" the e mail address into a new document. That worked. As a result I had some issues of entry on late arrival. They were resolved in a very helpful way but it could have been otherwise. You need to advise customers re "flexipasses" in advance.

Quaint , snacks and water, beds were comfy.

The paid parking situation. It’s only metered parking behind the facility. Free from 8pm-8am….Which means you’ve got to get up early and feed the meter by 8am. Or risk a ticket. No sleeping in! And the meters didn’t work to increase our time, when we did have to pay. The other option was to find street parking….somewhere.
