The beds were comfortable! The cookies delicious!

The lounge was great but served more on a food, dining area basis than a lounge and bar like relaxing area. They were also understaffed and overwhelmed by the number of orders and people. Also, the parking in the front of the building had 2 handicapped spots that were constantly taken. My suggestion would be to accommodate those with disabilities, with closer, more accessible spots in the front of the building. It's easier to get to from the elevators. I assume by the party favors and the bow tie found on the couch and the floor, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned from the party before us.

The breakfast was great. Oat milk was available, and we had plenty of choices. The kids really liked the area, and it was close to several things we wanted to do that weekend. All in all, we are very satisfied.

I prefer liquid soap to a shared bar. The bed was too hard for me, but the pillows were great. My partner was fine with it, though. I have a bad back. I was worried about the door locking downstairs before I could go get something from the car. We got back late, and I had bottled water in there. I have dry mouth and need water. The pantry only had little tiny bottles for 3 bucks. I had a liter that we shared instead and took the chance of having to walk all the way around to the front just to go get it.. We would love bottled water in the room over coffee. These are all preferences, but a water fountain instead of sink water could be useful.

It was clean, had everything needed so did not have to travel to get things. The Tradewinds restaurant food was excellent.

The room was reserved for 3 adults with breakfast package. Room was only set up for 2. Two towels, 2 washcloths, 2 cups. Staff was good at bringing extra to the room, we just had to ask. At breakfast the next morning, no record we had breakfast paid for. Had to ask two different staff in the breakfast lounge before it got communicated we did have breakfast on the room. It worked out it was just a little frustrating.

The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. It’s also in a nice, quiet location and is really easy to get to. Also excellent amount of amenities.

Just wish the pool/hot tub area was open a little bit later and that the food at Tradewinds was better. And wish they had later checkout (noontime instead of 11am) like many other hotels have been implementing.

Hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and super nice!

Pool and arcade close very early - we were able to use the pool once in 5 days. Arcade was always closed before we could go. The water park also closes pretty early. Difficult to plan a day out and come back to enjoy these great add ons to the hotel. Rushed back from a day trip one day to be sure the kids would get a few hours at the waterpark - which was expensive for 1.5 hours. But they had a blast! Worth it on holidays. Great hotel

Pulling up to the facility, it was beautifully light up.The lights looks so inviting.The staff was extremely friendly, check in was fast, and the lobby is filled with places to grab a bite or a coffee.

We were surprised that no water was provided in the room for drinking.At least 2 smaller bottles would have been nice.Usually they are in the rooms, just for the initial welcome.The ice machine on our floor was not working, which was disappointing considering there is only one per floor.Lastly, both beds fitted sheets did not fit.They were coming off the mattresses while sleeping.

Breakfast & breakfast staff were wonderful. Front desk staff great. Hotel is huge & beautiful. Spa area & Pool & Gym excellent . Water park & arcade great !!! Dinner was great too. Only problem was not enough front door to lobby parking . Everything else was a 10 !

Breakfast was really good buffet style 15 pp imI think kids should have been free. Room was clean minus a red spot that could have been blood on the mattress. The staff responded very fast when i called about it.

The blood stain spot on the mattress. I wwish they didn't just make up the bed and act like it wasn't there when we called about it. There wasn't anything else bad about it.

Good location for a Halloween in Salem. Close to plenty of restaurants, and shops. But out of the way enough for a quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms had decent sound blocking, we barely noticed any noise from other guests.

We were a little confused that there was a sign in the bathroom saying housekeeping during the stay was by request only, but housekeeping came to our door both mornings and had to be told multiple times we didn't need/want anything.

Everything went well and met our best criteria

We apparently had a handicap room, by its nature its open shower left the spacious bathroom floor a bit wet. We prefer walk-in showers whenever possible but this was a bit too open to control spray. There was only one chair for seating, probably again due to need for wheelchair access. A second chair, maybe folding, would be nice.
