Everything went as well as planned . . .recreation room was I spent . . I usually go swimming but the pool wasn't adult size. its good for a family of young ones though . . the room was good had good pressure on the shower . . for we spent 2nights there was very accommodating to the area we visited most which was Salem . .which was only a 10 min ride . . I didnt realize the weather was a factor as I left New York the temp was in 50 s and when we got to our destination . . there was snow . . .but to come around in the sun shiny weather . . would be a treat . .

only thing that was displeasing was . .. . the eggs . . the first breakfast was good scrambled eggs . . then the next day was a n omelet. same egg consistence . . I like fried eggs . . and the meat cheap sausage . .

The room was spacious and had the usual amenities.

The carpeting was dirty in many areas, particularly the elevators. Maintenance repairs were sloppy. What was really disappointing was that the hotel charged for parking. I have traveled all over the U.S. and have never paid for parking as a hotel guest; and, this from a hotel not even in a prime location. It was also billed as near Logan Airport, which it is not.

the front desk team didn't communicate my extended check out time to any necessary people so it caused a lot of confusion with housekeeping and front desk staff. the confusion resulted in an unexpected phone call that interrupted a phone screening. 30 mins after that was settled (aka i reiterated that i had extended check out since the moment i checked in!) housekeeping knocked an excessive amount while i was using the restroom. the knocking did NOT stop until i opened the door. housekeeping was also unaware of the extended check out time.

The room was comfortable and clean, there was a work station for working online with easily accessible plugs and USB connections. Easily accessible USB and light switches by the bed. Small fridge and microwave in cabinet The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, oatmeal, waffles , eggs, breakfast meats, muffins , bagels, toast, cold cereal, juices milk, coffee and more. Shampoo, conditioner, ,soap and handcream provided.

I would have liked a handheld shower head. I found the shower to be a bit slippery showering after another person, not sure if it was from the conditioner. Saturday morning there was no room to sit in the dining room but thats not unexpected.

cleaning /replace dirty towels wasn't available during our stay unless requested, apparently they only do regular daily cleaning on Fridays thru weekend? which we were not aware of until we saw a notice at the front desk on the 2nd day of our stay. Staff should have explained this when we checked in.

Room was very nice, beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not have a an fan in our bathroom and everything was completely steamy and moist. Our toilet did not want to flush, we did let the front desk know and they were very nice and apologetic.

The property is ideally located right on Route 1, which gives you instant access to all the major roadways in the area. Staff was accommodating to my need for a room change. Breakfast was hot and ready on time.

Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little bit tricky. There were a couple of issues with my first room, but management was happy to switch my room. The elevator situation leaves something to be desired. They move extremely slowly and at one point one of the elevators interior buttons stopped working, but you couldn’t call the other car down to the 1st floor, so I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to catch it on the 3rd floor to take it up to the 5th.

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and the hot breakfast everyday helped us save money on having to buy breakfast daily. Was nice they had a pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also dog friendly!

There are somethings in the rooms that need to be repaired in the future (everything was still functional). The food at the hot breakfast was mostly mediocre (although the waffle maker is amazing). The gym was very limited. No fitness bands, no cleaner to wipe down machine, no very light weights.

Everything was nice and clean. The water temp was nice and hot. Breakfast was great and met my expectations. The staff was so very friendly and welcoming!

Paying for parking after I spent money to stay there is absolutely crazy. I am not from that area but it seems to me that me paying to stay there should cover me to park there for the love of God. It would also be nice to know that before you arrive.

The staff was friendly. The buffet for breakfast was really good, and the attendees were so personable. The facility was clean. The room was nice and spacious. This location was near Salem and other areas we were exploring. It also has a few restaurants near it. The pizza place wasn't so good, but there was a Wendy's and Sonic within walking distance. I'm picky about beds, and they had hard beds for me, but that is more of a preference.

I didn't like that the pool was not heated. It was freezing cold. This was one of the reasons we stayed here. The other thing I didn't like was that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. This was not explained when we checked in. This was the only downfall to staying here.
