The staff and service was superb. Rooms were super clean. Air-conditioning was great as we were there during a bad heat wave. Facilities including laundry, swimming were all excellent and seamless. Special mention of superb service was Kesney at the reception and Jocelyn in housekeeping. Bravo guys.

There was some kind of glitch and their fire alarm kept going off every night and till the firemen came and checked everything was OK. It kept blaring. Sometimes really early on the morning or late nights. Although it was great for safety but very very inconvenient as guests. They should have given some compensatory discount. As it rang 5 times during our 4 nights. But that was not the staff's issue. Staff, services were great.

The hotel was very clean. Nicely decorated for Halloween. The staff were friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved that the window opened a little to let in some fresh air. The hotel was in a very convenient location. We ubered in and out of salem which took a max of 25 minutes depending on traffic. Lots of places to eat and shop within 15 minutes of the hotel.

The breakfast ends at 9:30. Was hard for 2 teenagers to make it for breakfast. So we ended up going elsewhere most days. But when we did make it to the hotel breakfast, it was very good. Lots of options for everyone.

Room was exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed. The breakfast in the morning was really good - the strawberry waffle you can make was amazing. I was told it was till 10am, but it closed at 9:30am.

The pool was decent, just wish there was staff checking it more regularly as there was quite a bit of water all around the outside of the pool where you need to walk to get around. Someone put a pool towel on the floor to help, but it did practically nothing. Also, providing more towels at the pool area would be helpful as it ran out quickly for other guests.

The room and beds were comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was one of the better Best Western’s I’ve stayed in over the past few years. I would stay again if ever back in the area.

Only issues for us were the Hotel booked multiple busloads of high school students nearly every night we stayed (apparently, it’s a seasonal thing). That itself wasn’t a large issue but they dominated the breakfast counters/room so we had to either wait until they left or grab breakfast very early. The other was the hotel was not within reasonable walking distance to restaurants or grocery shopping.

The Renovations they did were outstanding and made the property look so modern and upscale. The breakfast and food selections, especially their coffee machine, was exceptional. The staff making the breakfast, and the variety was better than expected. The grounds were tidy and like a park. They had coffee machines in lobby and breakfast area that were available 24/7, and they had a snack area right next to the check-in desk, where you can select a variety of goods and even ice cream and charge it to your room. Never seen that before and it was a great feature!

The look and feel of the room did not match the rest of the renovated hotel. But everything was there that was needed and comfortable. The climate control was top notch. Just not upscale like the rest of the facility. We asked to have the bathroom sink unclogged, and they never got around to it. I think the staff are very very busy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very well taken care of inside and out. Room was a double queen and spacious as was the bathroom. The beds were comfy. The Continental breakfast had a good variety of food with a pancake machine and waffle makers. Pool is indoors, it is small but great to just take a dip and relax your body. There is no whirlpool. 5 miles from Salem, an easy ride through lovely neighborhoods.

The shower curtain did not keep the water from flooding the floor. The air conditioner did seemed to not run over night, the room got a bit warm while sleeping.

The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The shower had great pressure and endless hot water. The halls were spotless and the lobby furniture was comfortable.

The TV was an older model, so we couldn't stream to it from any phones/devices. It wasn't a "smart" TV so we couldn't sign into any apps. Most of the pillows were smaller than standard size, square pillows, so the first night before I sorted through all of them, I slept on a weird half-size square pillow.

I loved the ease of the location and how close it was to everything. It’s very clean and the staff are the friendliest people I ever met. I even loved how our room was made neat and tidy every day and the housekeeper was so attentive and even took care of my teddy bear! And the breakfast was yummy.

The only thing I didn’t like was lack of handicap parking. There’s not very many spots. We had an incident with a spider in the bathroom but the best friend took care of it for me.

The hotel is comfortable for the most part. The staff were friendly and polite. The full breakfast was satisfying and very good, and plenty of it.

The room was good and comfortable, but the bathroom was small and not laid out right. Also, there was no working exhaust fan. There was no TV guide on the TV, so each channel was a guessing game. The bed pillows were too small and not thick enough.

Staff was very responsive in giving us a new room which met our needs quite well. It was very clean and quite comfortable.

First room we had wasn't the greatest due to an adjoining room with noisy people and bathroom shelves were quite loose. Water pressure for the bathroom faucet and wash just slightly more than a trickle.
