It was clean, welcoming and accommodating.

It did not have a hot tub. It did not include breakfast in the stay. I was looking for a hotel with a pool and breakfast included. I thought it had said breakfast was included when I booked the rooms, for my daughter’s 16th birthday.

We recently stayed at Marriott Peabody and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Salem. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal for visiting Salem during its busiest season. We were able to rent a car and easily drive to the center of town to all of the major attractions, shops, and restaurants within minutes. We'll definitely be back to stay again soon! Highly recommend!

Bed too small

perfect location, it was in the middle of the areas we had planned on visiting. Our room was perfect, great size, comfortable bed, clean room. nice pool, nice outdoors sitting areas. loved everything about this place. thank you.

I have nothing bad to say. Only thing I would have changed was a little larger refrigerator would have been nice, but it served the purpose. Grateful we had one in the first place to keep drinks and medicine cold.

All the employees we encountered during our stay were helpful, kind & respectful We went to your restaurant a few times. The food was excellent, the wait staff did an excellent job taking care of our needs. I would definitely stay again. 😊

One of the elevators stopped working on Saturday evening & was still not working Sunday morning. But I am Not bothered by that. Somethings are just beyond our control.

Beds comfortable, spacious rooms, convenient to Lahey Medical. Staff great and accommodating, breakfast was good and our waitress was very pleasant.

Starbucks coffee counter - would have liked if they stayed open a little later, but otherwise no complaints.

The location was in good proximity to Salem. The desk staff and bar staff were very friendly.

The room was not throughly cleaned every day. The bathroom specifically. We would have liked a fresh pillow spray left in our room daily. The hallway leading to our room was not cleaned daily. There was trash outside by the doors of rooms that was noticeably left in the same place for our entire stay of three days.

After receiving my credit card statement I discovered that I was charged double, once by bookings.com and again by the hotel?? contacted the hotel and was told they were instructed by Bookings to bill direct. Please contact me promptly to correct this issue.

very clean, updated space, good atmosphere, very kind and accommodating staff... good food. We went during Salem's Haunted happenings so the prices were inflated, but that was the norm for every hotel in the area because of the mass flux of tourists. Was very pleases with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed that only a buffet option was offered for breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The breakfast buffet was only so-so and cost way too much money for the choices given. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay.are room was clean the hotel its self was clean.the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were close to everything that we wanted to see and do.we would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The housekeeper never came to the room to clean or make the bed when we went out for the day.im not sure if it's due to covid but they were across from our room when we were leaving and never as asked if we needed anything. So I went to front desk for coffee, toilet paper, laundry bag.

Didn't refill body wash and shampoo only cleaned bathroom first day. Se one day cleaned everything sheets had stains. Breakfast was good but expensive and the service for food wasn't that good.

Breakfast should have been included. And no ammendities in the room like body wash should have been filled.
