The staff was very welcoming, fast checking. The front desk lady even called my room to check if everything was good, which I appreciated. The room was spacious, had a mini kitchen, a fridge, and a TV. The bathroom was also spacious, had hot water, and everything we needed.

I didn't like that their was no room maintenance. I guess they do it at a certain period of time, but traveling with children it could be messy, and trash cans can get full fast, which they did and weren't changed. Also, breakfast was really just coffee/hot chocolate and muffins it would've been nice if they had other things. One issue we did have was that one bathroom towel was filled with someone else's hair, which was pretty disgusting.

The location was great for what we were looking for. Also conveniently located next to Walmart. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The furniture - armchair in particular was beat up... and needs to be replaced. It did not bother us, since were only there for a short stay. Bathroom and facilities overall very clean. Great place to stay!

Breakfast was very light with a few power bars and coffee. But we appreciated it.

In and around Boston, it's quite difficult to find a decent hotel at that price point. I really appreciate the Extended Stay team for keeping costs low while maintaining quality.

It would have been better if there were more breakfast options beyond packaged items. Even boiled or scrambled eggs would have sufficed—just to avoid processed food.

As I entered the entrance, the staff was welcoming and courteous. Access to my room was quick. The room was large and clean with newly looked appliances and a very comfortable bed for a good night's rest.

An old torn recliner. It doesn't belong in a hotel for guests to sit on. The iron board was small. Best fit for ironing shorts and t-shirts.

I liked the location and how much of a asset it is to have all the restaurants near by and also Walmart very convenient.

Omg it stinks badly I had to go buy febreze because it stink so badly like wet dogs n cat urine so not pleasant to smell

I can't say I didn't like anything about this place. It was ten minutes outside of Boston city limits but well worth the few minutes drive in to town. Had a Walmart, McDonald's and other eating stores a few steps away !!

Didn't eat as we had an early start to Mass. General. The room was very clean and quiet on the ground floor. Staff brought an extra blanket and pillow as we had requested. 117.00 total was a great price especially around metro Boston. All in all nice stay!

It was in efficiency had a full fridge how to microwave stove top to microwave did not work. It was OK for a few days. We stayed for one, so it was perfect.

The microwave didn’t work seem like it was for extended-stay. I don’t like a standard stairs people live there. It’s just a bad experience when they live there the Hotel lax.
