The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to the airport which is why we stayed. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We were under the impression that there was parking and a shuttle service to the airport but there was not. We ended up driving our own car to the airport and paying for parking. Not the hotels fault, but how the highway next to the hotel is configured is very inconvenient you have to drive all the way around to get to the other side.

The room as big and clean. We stayed 3 nights and they had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with the continental breakfast for 2 of the mornings. The water pressure in the shower was strong. Location was close to Boston, Salem and Gloucester.

The room was spacious. The hotel is located in a convenient location. The beds were comfortable.

There was no full length mirror in our room. During breakfast, food items, coffee and water were not refilled within reasonable timeframe.

Good location for doing quick runs into Boston.

Not a big deal but it is on a divided highway so you would need to go past it and turn at the next lights each time you wanted to go places or get back.

No soap in bathroom, trash in elevator, no coffee in the lobby early in the am

Breakfast was great and the beds were super comfy.

We would have liked a second mirror in our room for getting ready in the morning.

The duvet was dirty, and there was a spoon on the floor from the last guest

Friendly staff and very helpful manager. Just re-opened after the pandemic.
