Room was okay

They were hard to reach from the airport for setting up a pick up time! I was put on hold and had to go through so many BOT Questions - all of which did NOT apply - the I finally got someone on the phone that said I had to call back as they couldn't transfer me to the right person! Meaning - going through all those BOT QUESTIONS again - that BOT Crap has got to stop!

I was moving from California to Europe with a large amount suitcases. This was the stopover and it went smoothly: transportation, shuttle, bar, help with luggage, and restaurant. Shuttle was on time and caught my airline with plenty time to spare. Excellent--more than I expected for a Courtyard! Coffee in the lobby is a plus!

Everything went quite well.

We were only there for about ten hours.As we were staying the night heading out on an early flight, everyone was very pleasant, and the lobby was very inviting.

However, they may need to look into some new mattresses. As the ones provided were extremely hard and the pillows offered no support to your head. This made for a very unrestful evening before a flight.

We have stayed here several times, and we love the location to the airport. The restaurant and bar and key for relaxing and having dinner the night before a flight. Check in was smooth and quick, the room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again soon.

Everything was great! There wasn't anything that we didn't like. If you are looking for a close airport hotel with restaurant, bar, great food and service, you need to stay here.

The hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The shuttle service is quick and reliable. The room was spacious. They have a lovely restaurant and bar. In the morning there is coffee and hot water available in the lobby. Later, there is cucumber water available. A little pricey on the weekend, but a great value during the week.

We loved the Shuttle from airport to hotel our driver was courteous and helpful with our luggage also.

Everything was great we ate dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious and priced right. We met people sitting next to us from our state and watched a football game with them Utah vs Oklahoma It made the end of our trip a pleasant time.

It was convenient and clean.

My spouse has restless legs and our room was supposed to have a sofa bed in addition to the king size bed. It didn’t have the sofa bed so I didn’t have a good night’s sleep. It was a handicap room and the shower was a wheelchair shower which was not built to keep water off the full bathroom floor.

Room: clean and quiet, no complaints Airport: free shuttle to the airport, very convenient Restaurant: good food, nice atmosphere, big TV screen for the game Friendly staff

Shuttle: not predictable, sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive. Nice to have: a shuttle that goes downtown also. No other complaints

I stayed here for a weekend to show my boyfriend around Boston and we had the best experience! That staff was so friendly and helpful, recommending late-night food delivery and leaving us Christmas Hershey Kisses in our room. Though I’ve stayed before, the room we were in this time, was updated a little and had the most beautiful view of the city! The location is great if you’re flying in and out and don’t want to spend money on Ubers. Once we landed I called the hotel and they sent a free shuttle within 15 min. The same shuttle would take us to the Blue Line T station whenever we needed to get to the city and would pick us up there once we were ready to get back to the hotel. It was very cold when we were there and this was a warm, safe, and quick way to get from one place to another. It was also very helpful for our early flight out on our last day. Sure, this isn’t right in the heart of the city, but it was half the price of those hotels, had excellent service, a cozy room, and a shuttle that was available whenever we needed it. I would stay here again an again.

I do wish they had a free breakfast, though they did have a nice looking restaurant. For our purposes, we just wanted to get out and into the city quickly to enjoy the sights and preferred to spend our money there.

Location: Being near the airport and the airport shuttle facility. Our room faced the water and we could see planes land and take off,. Room: it was a lovely sized room and very comfortable. exterior: The courtyard garden very pretty and well established. Staff: very friendly and happy to help.
