The shuttle service was very good and made the awkward location not a problem or an issue. Being a short distance from the airport and not in line with the runways made it a quiet environment. We were totally unaware of any aircraft noise.

Phoning for the shuttle required us to make an international call but that's the cost of international travel. We had been travelling for awhile and we had used all the international roaming credit on one phone and so had to revert to the use of the credit of the other phone. Thankfully we both had phones with the same amount of phone credit and we hadn't used the 2 phones equally. But that's probably not your problem.

Room was okay

They were hard to reach from the airport for setting up a pick up time! I was put on hold and had to go through so many BOT Questions - all of which did NOT apply - the I finally got someone on the phone that said I had to call back as they couldn't transfer me to the right person! Meaning - going through all those BOT QUESTIONS again - that BOT Crap has got to stop!

This was a last-minute hotel when ours got cancelled. 25-minute walk into Nashville. Can be a bit noisy at night as near the hospital. You can get the tour bus at the back of the hotel, which was fab. Uber cheap enough to get you into the hustle and bustle of the strip. We did Belle Meade Wineery Tour. This was a great tour. We do like to hear the history of the area we stay in.

Not much I didn't like.

I was moving from California to Europe with a large amount suitcases. This was the stopover and it went smoothly: transportation, shuttle, bar, help with luggage, and restaurant. Shuttle was on time and caught my airline with plenty time to spare. Excellent--more than I expected for a Courtyard! Coffee in the lobby is a plus!

Everything went quite well.

We were only there for about ten hours.As we were staying the night heading out on an early flight, everyone was very pleasant, and the lobby was very inviting.

However, they may need to look into some new mattresses. As the ones provided were extremely hard and the pillows offered no support to your head. This made for a very unrestful evening before a flight.

Parking cost, the quality of the coffee and lack of real creamer in the room, lack of coffee/tea service all day long-traveling in, it would have been nice to get a hot drink that didn't have powdered creamer. The restaurant was not open when we arrived late afternoon. Expected more.

The location was excellent, convenient to the airport. The shuttle was on time, comfortable and efficient. The bed and room were comfortable. The staff were all personable and efficient.

There was a strong smell of cleaning solution in the hall, although admittedly everything was clean.

I stayed here recently and was impressed by how close it is to the airport — very convenient for travelers. The highlight of my visit was definitely the restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and the food was surprisingly good. A great choice for a short stay or layover.

The hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The shuttle service is quick and reliable. The room was spacious. They have a lovely restaurant and bar. In the morning there is coffee and hot water available in the lobby. Later, there is cucumber water available. A little pricey on the weekend, but a great value during the week.

We have stayed here several times, and we love the location to the airport. The restaurant and bar and key for relaxing and having dinner the night before a flight. Check in was smooth and quick, the room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again soon.

Everything was great! There wasn't anything that we didn't like. If you are looking for a close airport hotel with restaurant, bar, great food and service, you need to stay here.
