The location was good for a 4 night stay in the city for our family (3 adults). When we booked we were disappointed that we could only find this 'airport hotel' within our budget. However, on arrival it didn't feel like an airport hotel and was a good base from which to explore Boston and the surrounding area. The T is a short walk (7-8 mins) so it was quick to travel to downtown Boston. The suite was spacious and the included full buffet breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day. After a few days in Boston we had booked a rental car to explore further afield, and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the car rental centre - perfect!

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the subway and you go straight downtown - stop is called "Airport". The shuttle to and from hotel is free and runs every 20 minutes. You probably have to call them upon you arrival and they ll guide where to meet at the airport. The breakfast is complimentary and full and also there is a person making omelettes. Very clean, polite staff, always there to help, very safe and like 15mins walk from a neighborhood ( close to Maverick station) and the pier. To me it was ideal. Sparkling clean is also so important!

Although it is very close to airport, the hotel is very quite. The main bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. The room had a little fridge and a Microwave oven. The T-station is very close (~6min walk) through a beautiful small park. Our stay was during the Boston Marathon days and was just fine!

The breakfast could have more options, especially if you are staying for more than 4 nights is kind of boring. The sofa/bed which was available for the kids was not so comfortable.

It took six phone calls during 18 minutes to get through to the front desk to ask for a shuttle from the airport. This was after midnight after a long travel day. The gal at the front desk said she was there the whole time and this was confirmed by our driver. Some glitch in the phone system? I hope the gal at the front desk reported the problem so it does not happen again. (After calling and going through the phone menu and connecting to the front desk, after five rings, I got a message saying the choice was not valid. ). This happened six times before the call was answered. ☹️

The location, and the free shuttle and free breakfast included. Also the indoor pool and jacuzzi is a huge plus as I only visit Boston in the winter.

I've always found the price is a little too expensive. And now apparently at this embassy suites location they put an incidental hold of $100 PER NIGHT. Which all in all is fine because they put it back in your account after check out. But I wasn't expecting that as in years past it was only $100 for the whole stay of an incidental hold. This to say that on top of my charge for my stay and the unexpected $100 a night hold, that my spending budget for my trip was shrunken drastically and unexpectedly.

It was a two-room suite. Big enough to spread out and enjoy the space. My husband watched football in the entry room and I read my book in the bedroom. We had a drink at the bar with Tia and dinner afterwards. It was just what we needed after a long trip and a flight delay. The breakfast the next morning included a great buffet of choices - eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereals, juices, and coffee - but what was most impressive was the omelet station. I was able to get an omelet of my choice. The front desk check-in staff were amazing (esp Kash and Rosa) who helped me get late checkout the morning after. End to end - perfect experience.

I liked the breakfast.

The parking system. The lady at the front desk told me to provide her with the ticket for valet and she would tell them over the walkie talkie. I sat around for over an half an hour waiting patiently for my car but then I noticed people who came down after me were getting there cars. I asked the lady at the front desk again and she called it in again. After waiting for a while I asked the valet guy and he took my ticket and brought me back my car. So I waited all that time for nothing all I had to do was give him my ticket. I wonder why the desk clerk didn't tell me that. Instead she just brushed me off. Valet system need improvement.

airport shuttle was fast and convenient; proximity to subway station was great. The breakfast was good.

Staff at front desk were not very friendly or helpful. Wait was quite long to check in. There isn't a concierge, so I asked desk staff for a map. She said she didn't have maps. Then after talking a bit more she pulled out the kind of map I wanted. I asked the night before I checked out if the bill could be split between two cards in the morning. The morning staff said she couldn't do that and the night staff didn't know that. It turned out that when my friend checked out later than I did the bill could be split because my card was already on file. We were on floor 4 which doesn't have an ice machine.

The room was great and very clean. There were two rooms, one a living room with a great desk and light that makes it possible to work very well. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Good cosmetic products availble in the room. The person at the desk when I checked in was not very friendly and also not very helpful. However the person who did my check out was very friendly and also helpful. The rental station is in the buidling complex across the street (2 min by shuttle or 10 min by foot). This is very convenient.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The presentation of the food and the cleanliness was not as expected. Maybe this was due to the use of the buffet and the tables by the customers, but this aspect should be given more weight. The food is also not very high-quality (at least not from a European point of view). Furthermore there is no complementary bottled water in the room available. The one that is availble in the room is very expensive, the same is valid for the water in the shop. The person at the desk when I checked in was not very friendly and also not very helpful. However the person who did my check out was very friendly and also helpful.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable; it commanded a view of the airport. The windows could be opened by about 10cm so there was some fresh air. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The swimming pool was small but it did give one a chance to do some physical exercise.

(1) There was no free phone at the airport terminal for calling the hotel shuttle. My non-US mobile did not work at the airport and I had to ask a policeman to call the hotel so that they would send the shuttle. That was very inconvenient. (2) There was no lunch nor dinner service at the hotel, and little by way of food nearby.
