I like pretty much everything, I was coming from delta New York and the experience was bad, so I told the front desk and they did everything they can so my staying could be the best. And they made it!!! Very good staff!!! Very clean!!!!

The only thing i didn't like was the water from the bathroom, the shower was too hot some times and will turn into cold suddenly, and that no hot water from the separated sink on the outside of the bathroom. But other then that the hotel, the staff, the staying was perfect, and the location is closed to everything.

The rooms were very nice. Well kept, clean, attractive, and comfortable. We were close to Boston Harbor. We took a Mothers Day Cruise on Sunday. All us four sisters do something together every mothers Day. And this place was closer for us and the price was great!

When we first arrived, the outside looked a bit run down The place is nice, but the outside really needs a refresh.

When I first pulled up, the outside of the building looks rundown. However, the front desk area staff was pleasant and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet on the floor. It would be helpful to paint the elevator door frame as I kept walking past it. I did not wake for breakfast, so I am unable to comment on that service. The staff checking me out was very pleasant and professional as well.

Outside appearance left a bit to be desired. Better lighting in parking lot.

Hotel is well placed and very accommodating, we even managed to use the breakfast room for a conference when power went out in the region saving our meeting. Location is great with all the restaurants across the road.

Smokey, for a non smoking hotel there was alot of smoke venting from rooms, breakfast is also abit lacking, normally went elsewhere to get food, but appreciate this is due to a lack of facilities rather than staff effort, the lady looking after breakfast did an amazing job.

I booked a 3 night stay through your site thinking the price I chose was for each day but when I checked out I found out I was charged a different price for each day. When I asked I was told the prices change every day. This was unfair and should have been for warned by your site. Last time I use your site to book.

Everything went fine, except that I reserved for a King size bed, when I got in the room, it was a Queen Size. I was tired and did not abject to it. But I believe that if a King bed was not available, the check in person should have informed me rather than just being thrown there.

Great breakfast and coffee. Location to highway to go in and out. On a Main Street with restaurants and stores. Cozy bed and slept well, quiet rooms. Clean rooms and polite staff that were very accommodating during check in. There is a fitness room open 24/7 which is convenient

All good, it does the job and nothing exceptional but would stay again if having to be in the area for work. An upside is the breakfast buffet which offsets the rather dull communal spaces.

Good value for the Boston area. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We asked for a quiet room, and staff really accommodated our request. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was varied and offered a range of items. The breakfast staff was very good. Small exercise room and laundry (cheap!) were a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, and train station into Boston was an easy 5-minute drive. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was not good at all Only one elevator, really need two at least. They were really nice and cordial. One thing they stressed to take uber everywhere,there was no parking available in Salem because it was the weekend before Halloween. This is def not true , they have parking garages and other parking way cheaper than uber wants to charge you. Other than that, I would stay again.
