location is close to Silver Line 3 and commuter trains. Rather new facility. Nice to have a breakfast included everyday. Over all nice place to stay for few days.

Price is too high like all the hotels in Boston and the area. Convenient near the train and Silver Line, but still takes about 30 - 45 minutes to get to the true touristy areas of Boston.

You pay for your parking spot, 30$ for 2 days. I wasnt made aware of it beforehand.

The bewakfast was great I met Melanie one of the staff she was so amazing very informative pleasant I did feel at home I also met other staff and all of them was welcoming looking forward to stay in the feture.

There should be a visible sign on the entrance door mark LOBBY need fermer pillows complementary water and camera in the parking lot

The staff were overly accommodating friendly understanding kind helpful non-judgmental and were never disrespectful of boundaries like most hotels when we had a family issue unexpectedly no questions asked no explanation needed they free of charge offered us a late check out all the way until 2:00 and weren't banging on the door and being rude at 1:59 like other hotels would have been the front desk gentleman working Tuesday day shift was unbelievably kind and understanding which really made a difference during a difficult time for us

Just personally don't like carpets my own personal preference and the entire hotel is carpeted LOL makes it harder to clean when you drop a chip or something it's much easier to just sweep up on a hardwood floor was nice to be able to have fresh air and sunlight in a big window

Well located for the airport (although it still takes longer than you might imagine from looking at a map to get there) and also the commuter rail and bus stations. Shops and some eating options very close by. Hotel was clean Breakfast was perfectly acceptable Common areas were nice Gym was again, perfectly acceptable for a hotel gym

Really don't have any negatives

The front desk staff, those two black gentleman, sorry don't remember their names, the extra security for the rooms, and for access to the elevators, the rooms, the wide variety of breakfast options, pretty decent

The pillows in the room, too soft, and too old... The pool - there's no notice for when or how long a treatment session is or will be( maybe I missed it)

Great pre-flight hotel if you are traveling from Logan. Their breakfast was top of the line with multiple buffet style options. They gym was brand news with great equipment and at least 2x the size of a typical gym. The kids loved the pool and the hotel overall was very clean with extremely friendly staff

There was nothing I can fault about my stay. I guess the rooms could be a bit better on the layout, but i didn't rent a suite and just a double queen room. I will stay again and test these longer stay facilities. Location-wise there wasn't a lot of choices on a walk for restaurants.

Staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. Definitely covered all the bases needed for a comfortable stay.

Location is just great! Staff is always willing to assist. :)

They don’t make daily room cleaning… it is by request; and sometimes forget or don’t have any control about the rooms pending to clean.

Everything! Check in was lovely, everywhere was spotless and so clean, my room was huge - so much space- plenty of towels etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities were fantastic- the pool was lovely, the gym and the lounge were excellent. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

If I had to pick one thing as I really liked my stay, the breakfast could have been better - I don’t know if cause of covid it’s packaged hot food or something but I think it could have been better.
